1. Price for exported steels Vs local selling price
Will millers get higher export price if compared to locally sold price

Do I make loss in OldTown? Not really, my entry cost is 2.70, so I only lose my opportunity cost for my money invested in this OldTown. Time will tell.

VS, Aeoncr, Ann Joo, prestar & Engtex which under my watchlist are doing good even though I didn't buy any of them.

It means sun continues to raise & earth continues to spin no matter what!

I have been thinking myself what if I don't comment or active in the forum, can I still make money? The answer is yes.

I bought AWC 0.94 & sold all 1.04
I bought masteel 0.945 & sold all 1.08
I bought frontken 0.26 & sold all 0.285

I have been thinking also will coldeye not making money in stock market if he do not participate actively in i3? No, coldeye will continue to make money without asking anyone to buy any share because he knows the winning formulas.

For whatever reasons, all of these good people have been attacked continuously. Sometimes I will think is it worth to face all these kinds of condemnation?

OTB & kcchong are conducting their businesses, so these are part of the business. Though sometimes it is very difficult to accept unreasonable comments from others, because all the attackers are hiding behind IDs without identities.

For icon8888, paperplane & calvin tan, they are true man with strong mentality. They still what they are since I joined here, truly admire them.

I have been thinking long time about sharing in i3, I made good amount of money that I would never imagine since after joining i3 community, I have been lucky enough to made winning strikes over Gadang, Mycron, Ekovest & Cab, one after another in the span of 1.5 years.

I feel committed to return back for what I gain from the sharing of many good people here, including icon8888, otb, kcchong, calvin tan, paperplane, wealthwizard & many others.

But I have been observing the treatments received by them all the time & how big guns like coldeye & KYY position themselves in stock market & community.

Thank you for understanding, guess1978, ginvin & FLINV, but the true fact is up is god & down is conman. I accepted it.

I will accept whoever say I was blind enough for not seeing it IF you tell me you wiill foolow they buy & sell, simple as that

Problem is, why never see you buy when any of these "big" investors buy? And now come here to knock your empty tongs to show your far sighted ability to say: SEE, I TOLD YOU ALREADY

For substantial shareholders disposal, they are not directors nor connected closely to the management, they are just one group of foreign investors.

If you really value them so high, please just buy when they buy & sell when they sell.

Don't try to be clever now to say: You should have sold it because they keep selling.

Same thing apply to kwsp, tabung-tabung, please follow them closely to do the same, buy when they buy & sell when they sell, then you will surely make good profit.

Not to imply anything, both Ann joo & masteel have delivered fantastic results but still drop more than 6% the next day of QR released.

If I am fortune teller & know everything including future results & how share price moves, I should have sold above 3.40.

The cafe chain is not sexy, the only growing section will be Selling of coffee powders

Penta has slept even longer period, I was struggling when price droped from 0.87 to 0.74, I sold it & keep reminding myself now to trust my judgement & not by price movement. But sometimes it is just not easy. I am still learning after so many years in stock market.

I have followed tmall everyday also, the item sold by tmall has run out of stock, so you don't see the item any more, the new item will be new stock, the monthly sales start counting again from zero

I know the figures inside out of oldtown, because I read it almost everyday, I welcome more insights from different angles to avoid blind spots.

I am not trying to manipulate or twist the fact, but please talk with substance when discussing.

Please be reminded I have admitted I was wrong in predicting the profit, I accepted that.

To cut it short, you may want to know what IF I was right:

I accepted that my prediction on profits in the latest quarterly report was wrong & way too far.

I was wrong for I was unable to predict provision for doubtful debts of 4.76mil & extremely high purchases of trading goods & consumables of 22mil (I expected 15mil)

If exclude these 2 surprises, I was right. But now I was wrong, I accepted that.

SSteel has delivered good results subsequently because of better industry conditions & selling price of steel products. The share price has gone up from 0.92 (not 0.91) to 1.73 today.

While cafe chain is expected to remain stagnant, F&B is expected to grow due to China market.

Can the point 1 & 3 be overcome in the coming quarters? These will be decisive factors to move the price up or down in the longer term.

The market had responded the disappointment in share price of SSteel, it will happen to Oldtown too, nothing to hide.

The similar situation happened to SSteel in last year August when SSteel released its QR with a shock of 141mil PPE written off, share price drop from 1.02 to 0.91.

2. Asian F&B sales in 3Q for past 2 years were high due to Singles' Day (光棍节) sales, it is normal to see a drop in subsequent Q. YoY sales have improved.

First fact, tomorrow sell down is unavoidable, because the result do not match with what expected by some people, including myself. So, you decide for your money & I take care mine.

The major surprise in the report was the provision for doubtful debts of RM4.76mil.

Even added back the non tax deductible provision, the adjusted profit after tax will be RM14.487mil, still short of last year's quarterly of RM18.358mil
