To be fair, I fully agree with the idea of buying Houses or commercial properties in Prime Areas can never be wrong.
Damansara Jaya was developed by See Hoy Chan in 1970s, way back to 30 years ago.

Oil price went up previous years because many thought that reserves & supplies were being depleted.

Good observation, stockmanmy, similar to KNM, a star during boom time, keep acquiring assets but all failed to deliver as promised. Some assets were disposed off at very big discount.

Lii Hen next quarterly result will be announced in May while Poh Huat in June.
Hope both will do well by looking at the furniture sales report in USA recently.

If read carefully on the quarterly reports of Lii Hen & Poh Huat, both of them are very similar in terms of revenue & generosity in paying out dividends.
Profitability wise, Lii Hen is a bit of upper hand, but don't forget on the fire incident on Poh Huat.
All in all, I like both.
