Based on news I've read (The Edge Market, Sinar etc), I believe the odds are against SD's management and its both 2 top shareholders here and accredited sides backing KPGM will win the court settlement. So tomorrow if up limit, that might be my last trade until the court case is settled. Too many risks and much to lose if SD do lose the court case. It's obvious the aftermath will be disastrous. So, I would like to remind my fellow small time traders to exit whenever possible (with profit if can ofc) at least before the court date or 1 obvious bad news whichever comes first, don't rely too much on SD and its shareholders news, just my 2 cents.
