I am just reading through Icapital rating. From the past few years until now, they have been advocating “ Cash in King. They hardly have buying call on any stock. But guess what. They have buy call on DKSH.

Haio once my favourite stock but sad to say the value is overstretched now. The stock should be trading around RM2.50 as I do not foresee the company can chalk up good result this year..

Bought 20,000 shares at average RM2.25 today. This fundamental sound stock has dropped more than 50% from it is peak of RM5.10 and currently trading at P/E 7.00 with dividend yield around 4.25% which is better than FD.

Haio has Net Cash RM135 million in bank after deducting borrowing. They can afford to increase dividend yield to 5% to shareholder if they want. Conservatively, the stock should worth at least least RM5.50 (EPS 6.6 x 4 quarter =RM26.40 P/E 22). I have assumed that 4th quarter result is flat which is highly unlikely.

Result should be out tomorrow night. Good to shake out weak holder and will be easily go back to RM5.00. Another MAGNI in the making.

Understand that Haio will announce result this week.....my guess that they should report at least 20% increase in PAT compare to last year same quarter

Let's wait and see next month when Haio announces the result. Results will be reflected in the share price by end of the day.
