Be patient guys, the volume being sold now under 1.15 is low. Its more of contra players and retailers taking profit. The big boys are being patient to wait to let these guys throw here first before next leg up.

Nigel, im also looking at gamuda-we but i did research into rcecap last night and if working from a base before the consolidation and earnings surprise.

Taking 0.28x4 should be around 1.12 already. I know there was a special divvy but i think given the NTA is at 1.16, you can still apply 1.12 price before new earnings surprise.

With this new earnings, should be 1.40s fair value

Rcecap looks super bullish and solid fundamentals...im jumping on that now

Nigel, why was the stock price at 0.80+ level after 4 to 1 consolidation when before i Saw it was around 0.28? Shouldnt it consolidate to x4 after so around 1.12?

Guys to be fair, EPF can easily take this company private if it wants to, the cost to do so would not be difficult at all hence we must put into context when thinking the share price might go down significantly. I see limited downside.

I like this stock as well but with impairments around 750mil in 2017 to be recognized and the balance left of this year. It will be a few more qtrs before bottom line can show true earnings. Therefore in my opinion, its intrinsic value will not be reflected yet until then

Around 370m to be recognize for the rest of this year and about 750m for 2017. This means bottom line will be effected for many more qtrs. Hope you guys like holding.

Close under 0.90 not too good for the momentum. Looks like will trend lower a few more days until can find a solid base. After that, will be sideways. Still long time for impairment exercise. Alot more impairment to recognize.

if strip away the impairments totally the profit comes close to 0.5bil but must remember normally there will always be a up and down on impairments. At this time seem most banks have net negative impairments due to season so the result if we consider some normal negative impairments that is still short of the 0.5bil mark for half year.

Do your own calculations what is the fair value at 9x PE with the new enlarged share base if assume some reasonable net negative impairments.

update it again as not much opinion on the results...anyone can comment on how much impairment to go?
