wow can't wait to read their impressive 4th Q result later....Hopefully another Final Dividend of 1 cts declared...it is the Final Countdown fm now on...I will be the first to announce the result here later...My Champagne and beer already with me to celebrate once the impressive result is out later...another half an hour fm now!!! but it might also drop tomorrow even though the fin result is very good because PJDEV has risen a lot recently ahead of tis 4th Q result...last qtr it was down after 3th Q result out...So only god knows wat will happen tomorrow!!!! i believe it will come down

most counters also will rise after d Q result...Most will drop b4 Q result and then fly high if the result is good...Just watch it if u dun trust me...

I just pass thru damansara perdana today and i ve come across acrosss menara mustapha kamal and i olso seen the huge development by empire mammoth in the vicinity and i olso viewed the massive MRT project along the way...Now i begin to feel optimistic on the future development of damansara Perdana...Infrastructure is so complete i believe Mkland will be rerated very soon with a strong BUY!

If tey manage to sell the setiawangsa land then it is jackpot as it will bring in another 30+++ million profit fm the land sale...So tis company sell their massive landbank also can make huge profit...

full yr EPS of 6 cts has already included in the 30 million profit from the land sale...I hope they will increase the next interim dividend...

From wat i ve noticed tis past few days trading, its price is intentionally pressed down for them to collect cheap pending tis 4th qtr fin announcement...today the bloodshed is thicker BUT i ve dip my own blood to my wound and did the mass killing myself in the bloody street...My body is full of blood!!!

OK added some shares at 0.485...If my prediction is true, then Monday we should see a great rebound of Mkland as at 0.485 is really oversold...It will never go below tis level unless Kasi is dumping shares quietly...If Kasi plans to dump more shares, then i will be left with only underwear only...
