is true. This maybe the first time venture into subsea engineering and too optimistic on the project. Or they wan to get the project by offering a very competitive price, therefore the project cost is overrun. But I thought they hv hired expertise as their management. How is their capability cause the project cost overrun.

problem is on the project execution. I doubt on the project management of the company. Why in last quarter just mention about the cable laying project cost is overrrun.
