The fabric mill is being built on a 14.4 hectares of freehold land in Kluang, Johor which is
about 60km from the group’s current main factory in Batu Pahat, Johor with an initial built-up
area of 361,000 sq. ft. Construction of the said mill began in February 2017 and is expected to
be completed and fully commissioned in the first half of 2018. The estimated initial annual

What is OR? is it warrant?

Precision engineering parts manufacturer FoundPac Group Bhd is acquiring a 75% stake in laser stencils maker Dynamic Stencil Sdn Bhd for RM16.5 million, to expand its product offering in the electrical and electronics segment.

FoundPac said the purchase consideration was made considering a price-to-earnings ratio-based valuation of RM22 million for the whole 100% stake in Dynamic Stencil, together with a two-year profit guarantee totalling RM9 million from the vendors.

In order to further increase the production capacity to

had decided to set up a new apparel factory in Vietnam.

61,950 square meters in Long Jiang Industrial Park, Tien
Giang Province in Vietnam. The initial phase of this apparel
factory is expected to be commissioned in the second

availability of a larger pool of labour force. In addition,
Vietnam had recently concluded the negotiations on the
free trade agreement with the European Union which is

the form of elimination of tariffs and duties among the TPP

strategy in expanding into upstream fabric production
to complement the existing core business of apparel
manufacturing by internal procurement of knitted fabrics
instead of purchasing from external suppliers. Besides
own consumption, it is also our intention to sell the knitted
fabrics to the market upon full commissioning of the mill.
The initial phase of the fabric mill, which is also expected to
be completed in the second half of year 2017, will lead to
better control over the supply chain while further improving
our profit margins in the long run.
