It must be the shareholdings that determine how much of a person you are! As you see, 22 shareholders have more that 98% of total voting shares, while the rest only has less than 2%. So, 0.02 times 31 persons equals to 0.62 person. HAHA, only 0.62 person out of 32 voted against the rights issue! Those 9 poor investors that made up that 1.78% are not even considered as a full human being in the AGM!

Must be this announcement wrong! According to the Bursa announcement, 22 shareholders with 83 million shares voted yes, while 9 shareholders with 1.5 million shares only voted no.

There might be a surprise for Eduspec since the Director been reloading 30 million shares at 23rd March 2022, the start of the Tanco's share price hike (From 0.21 to 0.44 now).
