During the last AGM , we was inform that Both bosses will not be directly involve in the company activity any more . It will be handle by a new professional group. i hope that this so call professional personnel can perform not only in the group project but also know how to goreng the share. SO your $1 target may not be too far away already.

Mr kktom your cost is the cheapest. myself n Mr Nemesis is almost the same. i bought exactly for one year already.
I like this counter very much but i think the share price doesnt move is mainly due to people have less confident with the 2 Bosses.
If ecoworld (Focal) boss come in to the company i think the price should be much much higher than today. Believe or not ?
I sincerely hope that this two MKLAND bosses can bring in new blood to the company.

nemesis if Mkland need 10 to 15 years to reach 1.00 then it is not worth buying n keeping and it also reflect that this counter have a very poor management team.
I personally think that the present management should bring in one very influential property market personnel into the management.

Mr Nemesis I am from East Malaysia n i dont have time to attend the AGM. Can u ask Tan Sri why the share price cannot reflect the true picture of the company . We cannot depend on GOD wish for the share price ( he mention during the last AGM ) . The director have to do something to it. If it is due to no confidence of the public with the management team i think a major change to the management team have to be done immediately. If the present team is good why public have no confidence on them . REMEMBER TAN SRI mention he wants the counter to go back to the old glory. ( if i dont heard wrongly during the last AGM)
Another possibility is that the management want to maintain low share price so that they can privatize at a lower value.
