Last year AGM TAN SRI Mustapha want the co. to build affordable house.In fact our Government also move towards this direction. I just cannot understand why MKLAND management do not have the vision to become affordable house CHAMPION.

Kasi informed his intention to sell b4 announcement of the result. He is not selling now. so i suspect the result will be quite good and he wants to sell b4 the announcement cos the price may be high at that time. So buy n hold is the way to make $$ in this counter

u think the director of MKLAND dont want $ meh. If the price goes up to thats say beyond $1 ( assuming EPS double digit ) , how much is their asset increase.
I think both director busy developing their own land also cannot make that much.

personally i think this should be a platform for clients to share more realistic information . If u maintain the thinking of buying this counter is just like land investment then u wouldn't feel the return is too slow.
