KYY stop selling and promote this counter, successfully stop star media withdraw the money as per now, Falling Star handover soon, right issue postpone or cancel, so many good news still can't move the price, disappointed.

during the pre-closing, there is 1.1 million worth of share queued at price 1.07...........why don't they buy 1.06 instead, they can save around 12k if they buy at 1.06.....

@hng33, since Jaks fail to deliver as per agreed time, i guess the RM50 million could not be void just like this, but as per mentioned before, JAKS is claiming the cost of changes requested by Star media, JAKS expecting to claim around to 20-30 million, JAKs only own 51% so they just need to pay 10-15 million to Star media.

@bubu, the 1.04 queue is fake, there are 1.3 million shares queued at 1.04 before it was broken, but only 0.78 million shares transacted at price 1.04, this mean that around 0.5 million of share were cancel when price plumed to 1.03......

3. Selangor more water piping and water plant contract soon
4. right issue defer further, might cancel or change.

so many good news since last week Friday, not sure how the market react to it....but there is a bad news as well, a lot of hater who making loss in HengYuan are felt betray and launch personal attack to KYY. my advice is just report to SC lah. There are so many i3 forumer share share their experience and promote their counter, like calvinTan and etc, hater can also report to SC if you felt any blogger cheat you. but just bear in mind, if you making loss, blame no one except yourself. because you are too stupid to get cheated.

seems like most of the hater here were follower of KYY but making loss in HengYuan and JAKS,.......

4 suggestion,

1. limit the number of word in comment section, dont let them spam
2. limit the number of posting in comment 20 per day.
3. for new restered user, no comment allow for at least 3 month.
4. one user per IP.

at fist i thought Protasco is the worst forum in i3 so far i have seen, i am totally wrong, Jaks forum is 100 times worsen. i had press report abuse on protasco attacker (senseless) many many times but no action has been taken....if this continue without certain measurement been introduce by I3 Administrator, soon or later all the wise man will abandon here and move on.. only left stupid day trader condemn each others.

if you believe JAKS can complete Falling start buildingn by 2018, then buy

currently property is the problem which dragging the company performance, selling land has easing the financial issue and falling star completed soon, office will handover within month and follow by the resident. Another possible good news is prospect buy for Ara mall emerge soon....

After Selangor complete the restructure exercise, JAKS might be awarded few project, build water plant, and install mild steel pipe....many many plumber job require due to the prolonged restructure....
