whoever want to invest this counter, better pay a visit to their De Cetrum development at bangi....a lot of money has spent on that area and more require to sustain it...visit their mall and check their show house, and take up rate, then only decide whether invest or not...

they have defer payment to bank until 2019 which only 6 months left, if still can't lease or can't sell the 101.....what would be next if no new fund come in...P17. the CEO need to make deliberate decision to bring in new stakeholder and fun, should give up a substantial of stakes with reasonable price amid the high pile debt own by the company.....

nuder the new government austerity budget, road maintenance job will be reduce, and no sign of recover in property industry, the Bangi development will continue making loss.....this is the risk.
this CKP likes dividend, he go until the extend to loan money to pay dividend....
another challenge is the Putrajaya PRIMA development phase 2 and 3 phase which is under construction....all are under Najib, Najib even appear to hand over key when phase 1 VP, CKP damn proud, these projects are causing company bloody due to collection and delay issue...given that Najib no longer in power, not sure what would be next...more loss i reckon

the make loss in last quarter and expecting loss in current quarter, i believe no dividend moving forward...
road maintenance is doing very well, but expect new gov will skew the margin, the infrastructure and property are making loss few quarter already, launching of their property is delay since 2017 until today...but ckp son still happily collect handsome salary, their 2 years mall also making loss....

no point to hold the share anymore....it is peanut for him...fist of all, no ECRL contract awarded to T7, and with only 5% share, the influence is close to not exist......
T7 is basically a Tan Kean soon family, they hold around 40% of the share, Tan Kean Soon son holding high position in the company although only 27 years old. it is Tan family business
given that do you think Tan kean soon would allow VT to involve in the management, hell not, beside that the company is in net cash position with 100 million cash on hand......and profit in the last few quarter and current order book enough them busy for few years.....haha
for this case, VT is just a merely investor......lol

caution, tomorrow is T3 and Friday is T4, whoever bought at high price need to wait for a bit longer, company is in cash position and expect good result in 2018...in 2019 the new venture into aero space would bear fruits...
the only problem now is geopolitical uncertain, if Trump slap 25% on Euro car, or more tariff on China which due in next week, another round of sell off......better don't hold to much of stock.

VT emerged as a substantial shareholder definitely will bring some hype for this stock, as for ECRL.....T7 only sign a MOU with Terengganu GLC to undertake certain portion of work from China company, since we have new Gov, i reckon that the MOU no longer valid......anyway no LOA awarded to T7......

ex Deputy son was sack within a month after the election, photo had been remove on their website...very efficient and react quickly, they even successfully brought in new investor likes GCEO from berjaya group. i reckon the 20% pp is unstoppable, just hope they manage to rope good investor likes Tun M son...i believe and hope they could benefit from the new transparent tender policy.

@calvintaneng, i not against you or undermine your research, but in history of Malaysia, gov issue most of the road maintenance job and utilize the allocated fund before GE, so after GE the job issue will be slow down...since our new gov still in the midst of restructuring, i reckon that Q2 2018 still ok, but moving onward that this sector will be slow down a lot. my personal 2 cents.
