In Malaysia this process can drag to a year before u can even start the actual fabrication of the platform haha

The field that bungaraya want to develop in Australia will be using the MOPU solution. But I am not interested in that Australian development so much as estimated production so ciput to be worthwhile

Dragons slayer 6 months is earliest that is using MOPU+Tanker. Even that will be a stretch. Fix platform type solutions typically 2 years

Another component is where to send the oil. U can either send to shore via pipelines or u get an oil tanker parked nearby and u send the oil there

Production wise I can assist, for early production,if the oil is clean i.e u dont need a lot of process equipment for production, it can be as soon as 6 months this is assuming u can get a suitable early production facility something like a Mobile Early Production Unit (jack up rig converted to production facility usually)

If using permanent platform u are it will be roughly 2 years for 1st oil production

All the insiders should have some advance data from the rig. If things look promosing surely they all would have henjut the price like crazy already.

Even insiders are adopting defensive stance waiting for the final result
