Mark Carney, governor of the Bank of England, says it will not hesitate to take additional measures as markets adjust following the UK's decision to leave the EU.

"As a backstop, and to support the functioning of the markets, the Bank of England stands ready to provide more than £250 billion of additional funds for its normal market operations. Sanatan, partly true. The "pump & dump" events happened. But, still this bloody counter solely in the Oil and Gas. The oil price does influence this counter. Basically all counters that deal with oil and gas is affected.

Another "pump & dump" event maybe or going to happen again. I will say slow and steady increment of up and down, progressively. If oil price down drastically again, well the operators will dump fast. If the oil price stabilize, say at around USD70 by end year 2016, the scenario of "pump & dump" event may not occur.

Just a humble opinion.

Around 2014, Sumatec was restructuring the business. Something is not right with this court case. I don't think this TSHS is stupid to terminate the contract without strong point of view.
