leoleo, yes. 0.10. if the 0.08 does not break, the formation of 5th wave will retrace back to about 0.05 to 0.06 area. if it break 0.085 and 0.10... RI price breaking is the target.

@ozzie75, From 2nd half of 2014 to 2016, every traders in oil market were targeting the price at lower 40, even 20. Now in 2nd half of 2016 onward, they are targeting at higher end of 50 by end year, possible of 60 to 70 for the year 2017(this figure is just pessimistic number). Lower 50 is kind of historical.

Most O&G counters, up stream, middle stream, or down stream, DAMN CHEAP.

As for Sumatec, bloody cheap.

The simplest question is...."To buy or not to buy, that is the question!"

Leoleo, in year 2014, Sumatec just begin in the upstream, oil at Caspian Sea. Before 2014, it was just a cow dung company with all unprofitable businesses. TSHS, cleaned out those garbages. Out of sudden, oil price dropped, BULLEXIT. Too bad for Sumatec. If oil price did not dropped during that time, Sumatec share price could easily hit 1.00 mark in a short time.

The oil price already stabilized and progressively on track, bull. Bottom already touched, at 35-40 range. Supply and demand is in order EXCEPT... investment. Due to heavy cut of investment into oil for the past 2 years(Opec and none Opec), the future for the oil price will climb higher, demand will increase, and finally... short of supply.

The current oil trend is BEAREXIT, NOT BULLEXIT

If 0.085 is too expensive, well, 0.14 or any price higher is cheaper. !!!

Just be happy that oil price is in the stage of recovery, and you can easily digest the situation.

The above statement just from the top of head. I am kind of high!

@Leoleo, I will assumed that you read lot of oil news or "expert opinion". I do read lot of it too.
Based on those researches, some of those "expert" hinted to the investors to grab O&G at current low price.

Therefore, my humble opinion is also grab and collect it while the price is low.

As for Sumatec, for the last 2 quarterly report, the company was in the positive profit when the oil price was below USD40. From September till now, oil price already progressively up(bull).

What are the chances coming quarter report, June-August and September-December having a positive profit when oil price above USD40 or USD50?

As stated, "Don't trust me."

@goldentriangle, thank you for sharing information. Your optimistic attitude towards KNM is great, but you need to be pessimistic and careful when projecting the share price direction.

It is good to be optimistic when others are pessimistic. Still, you need to protect your investment.

Remember, do not over optimistic or positive attitude towards any share counter.
