I'm more interested on the creation of New Sumatec fundamentally with sustainable profits, then Sumatec will be "growth stock & "undervalue stock" that fund managers must have in their portfolio. Sumatec must exit from PN as early as possible, to get institutions able to invest. Price will follow naturally.

Dragonslayer, From today's volume shows "the 2 directors" selling games almost completed & "interested Party" which buy from them is trying to sell higher, but must press down price first than can gain more. Remember huge volume is with the new party.
Price will rise once they initiate higher selling price. Question when? we do not know.

Sumatec has their own "route plan" not following KLSE index movement.
If got bullets, now is the time to accumulate bit by bit. The upside is more than downside.

Today Sumatec broke support 0.30. Over the weekend bears has regain tremendous strength, had managed to pounce & hurt badly the bulls. 
Below is 30 months TA  reading .... Validity till 1200 midnight 2/11.

MACD continue diving crossing zero line - very bearish, no sign to rebound.
RSI - 42  has not regain much strength 
Stockastic also start crossing down price over 5 days at oversold area - indicating possibility of further drop if selling pressure continues.
Support 0.26  & resistance 0.30

Company has " shareholding"  issues to settle within. 
So expect to clear by end of the week. So it will be "boring" week

Calculating the Price Target
So, the calculation to figure out your stock's price target is below:
Price x ((current P/E) / (forward P/E)) = future price (or price target)

TP changes as price changes, if you base on last quarter result - no revenue so how ro get P/E. Let wait for next quarter then....

Vincent - TP 1.50 is my personal TP base on increase in oil production from 2000 bpd to 4000bpd & increase 4.7 mmboe ( 10%) to 30-40% . Refer to my previous posting on this. Once out PN 17, IB will give their TP which I do never follow....

I think it is good exercise. Don't speculate - if don't feel comfortable stay out first.
The chart for last weeks shows selling & buying pressure of equally strong.
Don't get anybody to influence you, you' decide the fate of your money....

Sometime 3rd week of October, Sumatec had made 5 days doji in a row than surge up from 0.305 to 0.345. This week Sumatec had produced 3 days doji. We'll shall see next week if Sumatec repeat the same show.... Have good weekend everybody....

Dragonslayer, 30 sen is well supported, stochastic oredi cross price of av 5 days making a call buy. As long as price remain above 30 sen it looks safe to enter. Be cautious with your position size just in case.

Those who wanted to collect low price has aready got it.
Now waiting to sell at higher price.  They know the longer they wait the higher the price they can sell.  Looking @ bid & ask volume 1/2 sen gain only now.
So short term traders, punters & speculators  cant swing, scalping anymore
Sumatec is no longer attractive for them to apply their skill.
Sumatec no longer volatile as before so those mid term who oredi have stake in this counter need not worry too much as upside is more than downside.
So do not expect much from Sumatec 1 or 2 weeks more. 
Moving sideways is good sign towards recovery. ATR  0.005 - 0.01 is too tight going towards Bollinger squeeze.
We shall leave it to the Company to decide the move.
Just like a patient who had gone for major surgery - need time to heal the wounds.
Best strategy is PATIENCE.....

Asahmad, most of the news are not new to us. However thru Markmore HS start his "salesmanship" to sell methanol (another type of oil) from Shelly oil to Petronas.
This what being reported... We have to wait to see that the contract is officially signed.
I think it will go thru as currently petronas buying methanol from other oil producers, it's better to buy from HS with a discount.

Limit up? No .... If price goes up it will be good thing for all of us......

Kada, all 3 are for Day Traders, who buys big volume & take small profit normally 1/2 sens already enuf for them. Most of the time no opportunit to "swing " but Day traders applies scalping more.
