Stock market has no emotion. It does not care & share your sorrow or happiness.

Any post listing stock will take 3 to 8 weeks to recover/rebound. Those who had gone for rights knows this. Must have super super patience.
Only skilfull Day / Contra players with mone & knowledge of TA can handle stocks like Sumatec. Very volatile. Even then out of 10 only 2 make it big.
So careful when investing. For newbies I would not recommend you this counter unless you want to go for long haul (min 1 year) . Newbie - it's best to stick to stock which pays dividend for a start. Must have plan - Capital size, not overtrading, start with 1 to 2 counter first, do a lot of reading on stock books, do not listen to rumors, study in depth about the company your're investing. Protect your capital but also never too scared to take small loses, you can always win another day. The market alway stay but can we last long in the market.?

At 3 months TA reading (valid 27/11 only & not applicable for 28/11 onwards)
Today bulls & bears are very aggressive. At last bull came out as winner producing "hammer doji" . Uncertainties still present.
Total trading volume also reduced from  780m (21/11)  to 187m (27/11) the lowest since listing. 
MACD still heading down towards zero level -  but building thick green histogram below zero line - very slight recovery
stochastic still in oversold area but has cross up price over 5 days. 
A call buy can be initiated if stochastic  remain constantly above av price over 5 days. However no reversal yet. Price need to cross over MA 21 @ 0.36 to confirm reversal. 
0.30 strong support vs 0.35 resistance. ATR  1 to 2.5 sens

For short term traders  pls look @ 10 - 30 minutes  chart

Dragoonslayer, Rakuschechnoye  Field is a mature assets
Concession area : 354km2  until 2025. First well was drilled in 1974.
Total 47 wells drilled.  Rakushechnoye Field Reserves has 10 Reservoir zones.  Estimated can produce 74.7mmboe of 3P  oil (proved+probable+possible) However only 4.7mmboe has been produced which is less than 10% of the original oil & gas in place.
The present technology was not efficient enough, currently producing 1000 - 2000 bpd . Many mature assets today have only 15-20% RF (recovery Factor) but once Sumatec take over the concession a new technology will be introduced & will increase RF from 20 - 40%.  You see the upside potential.
Now Rakushechnoye oil field is on phase one (2013) produce 1000 - 2000bbl/day. Phase two (2014-2015) produce 4000 - 6000bbl/day. Phase 3 (2016>) produce more than 8000bbl/day

With low capex make entry price for Sumatec 1.66 us$boe compare to its peers 7.02 US$ boe (Hibiscus- Australia, Petronas (Canada & Brazi) 
Low capex higher profit - it will definitely a 360% turn around for Sumatec.
Sumatec already commence mobilization wit new technology. It is imperative to expedite extraction within next 2 years to take advantage of 100% profit for Sumatec then 3rd year share 50:50 So Sumatec - no longer talking about loses in future but focusing on sustainable profits till 2025.

We are talking about Rakushechnoye  Field only. Just imagine when & if HS decide to give to Sumatec Beta oilfield. Will the share price still remain @ 35 - 50 sens still?

I must be blind or moron if I don't take advantage of this potential this is the reason I go fort long term investment in Sumatec. This will pay for my tuition fees in Bursa & hope to get a yatch (like Onasis) he he he ....Dare to dream big....Inshaalah

At lunch time Sumatec close @ 0.305 creating short" hammer"candlestick
During the "bull fight" this morning the matador with his red cape & swords unable to tame the bull. The bull start chasing him all over the arena with the red cape on his body. Bulls is in charge now.

Wan2super he had the Rakushechnoye oil concession since 2008.
He had been billionaire longtime ago .....not overnight punya kerja.

Eventhough the distribution is wide,  prices are very much control by the company as they're holding 60 % of total share.  They can bring up or down the prices as they please.  Right now company has no interest to interfere  in price movements. 
All the infos regarding the regularisation plan, exit PN17, 2nd oilfield,  Rm 86m profit next quarter, the high profile of investors & management team, was promoted long before rights exercise.  So much so the price had hit high of 56 sens (top price 82 sens)   So all this had been factored in.    This is a fact not news.... .  All long term investors know about this.  No need to dwell on this anymore..... Those who come on board Sumatec ship less than a week,  thought they're getting latest updates.. ...  .nothing new to many of us here who had been with Sumatec since April 13. We have seen prices went from low 20sens to high 82 sens & down to 26 sens.  Very volatile.... Are you game for this? 

Company will only reward rights owners handsomely based on their loyalty - holding  power at least 3 months.  Expect the unexpected from Sumatec....

Sharks had brought down the price to 25 sens (within 3 days),  
Now sharks recommending CALL BUY... It will  be good if they can bring back up  price to at least 40 sens this week..... Everybody will be happy.   So please work harder.

Derrick, today WB stochastic has cross down price over 5 days but slightly only.
WB is like a new born baby. if jaga betul2 will grow bigger. Mother in 3 months time will be new mother so baby WB sure follow. Don't worry too much if you look at long term.

Today Sumatec makes "red spinning top" after long green candle stick last Friday - indicating very high degree level of uncertainties.  Bulls & bears of equal strength.  
My 3 months chart (valid for today only) producing stochastic moving sideways - not crossing price over 5 days - No call buy yet & so no sign of reversal.

Remember company has no intention to prob up the price now to allow sharks to make quick gain. Sharks had brought down the price so fast from 55 sens to 26 sens. Now sharks is working very hard to bring price up to cover their loses. I will stay sideline to see how successful sharks play their game. DO NOT chase prices. Have entry & exit plan first & ensure position size is small so that if prices against you then you're able to pickup & DO NOT CONTRA. Company will come in with good news after all weak holders has been flushed out.

At price 0.25 there's a formation of double bottom. Strong indication that selling pressure is diminishing.
Look out for reversal sign when price crosses MA21 @ 0.35
RSI - 39.  getting weaker 
Stochastic & WR continue diving into oversold area but no indication for reversal. 
Immediate support 0.25 & resistance 0.30
If 0.25 violated  possibility to go further down towards 0.20 @ lower bollinger band. Turning support 0.25 as resistance.

Will it reverse?  Not so soon.  However since  prices has been driven to rock bottom it will then be in the interest of the sharks to bring up the price again and  has to work very hard  to bring up the price as the distribution  is huge now. Probably prices will move sideways within 3 to 5  sens  range.
I don't think company is interested to prop up the price now allowing the sharks  to make a quick gain.  Announcement& updates will be made after all weak holders has been flushed out.

There are three ways find an an edge, these are –
The long-term underlying trend.
Support and resistance.
Momentum.
These three edges will not all be effective on any single market, in fact the edges of support & resistance and the trend are almost mutually exclusive. For example, during an up trend it's better just to buy a new high than it is to gamble on getting a better price by waiting in the hope that price will fall back to an area of support, and any resistance there might be isn't likely to be very effective at stopping the trend either.

Trading strategies - short, mid & long. I use all....each stock I further allocate 50% of capital on long term, 25% on mid & 25% on short term. In short term - " I trade what I see not what I think"
Then I'll be a day trader in one day, next day be a swing trader & may be for next few days I might trade at all. So inexperienced trader will "kepala Pusing & Pening" to see how I trade.

Strategy remains a strategy "WITHOUT AN EDGE" even if you employed the best risk management techniques in the world, will always fail because in trading without an edge you are essentially taking trades at random and the cost of trading (i.e. the spread) will, over time, cause you to lose your entire account in exactly the same way as you would eventually lose all.

Wah I pulak yg panic?... I think price 0.525 & above is still low as Sumatec highest price 2 months ago was 0.82. This was before the regularisation exercise was done. Mother share cum Xdate 0.51 then on xdate 0.32. Lowest price went to 0.29. Rights issue 0.175.
Sumatec''s performance towards listing was unexpected, able to rally up to price cum xdate 0.51 make high of 0.56 before listing. Now at 0.475 we are getting a bargain,
Due to its volatility... Interesting to see whether I can "swing" tomorrow.....
