UT prefer cash in the past (correct at many of the time) and left the hard asset for the company & other shareholders to hold it.... but somehow due to the worldwide QE1...xx actions, these hard
asset outperform the cash... So buy at this price now i term as lelong lor.

Those senior shareholders since 200X definately not happy invested in BJ counters. That why the stock value is so undervalue and not many people want to invest. If I am not wrong, this privatize theme started since 2018 till now. VT name no more "rasa" for investors.... So now have to get external professional FM to execute the plan lah. My 2 cents..

One of Jalil tasks is to get in institutional investors. I observed Jalil didnt want to share the hidden values of the BJLand initially during the BFM interview last week ( Just mentioned NTA $0.80, but the interviewer seems did his homework and managed to get Jalil confirm the RNAV. ( Now you know why he very confident on his own investment to BJland via BJCorp.

We as the retail investors , better take position. Hehe....

VT is now 70+ , its a right move to get in professional FM (who did a good job so far by putting his own money to be the ~5% shareholder) to help him to institutionize and unlock the hidden value of his companies to have sustaintable "future earnings" for VT next generations as well as all stake/shareholders. It's a win-win-win for all.

Only not so smart people will not support this CEO. I will give him 24 months... : )
