seng, correct. i hold 200 lots armada & 150 lots velesto, sold yesterday after really feed up with crude oil movement. total loss 4k. hope can regain the loss with adventa.

but i personally like oil counters because a lot of technicals info. it is like a hobby for me to chart crude oil movement. but as other hobby, when it cannot feed you and devour you back, it is time to exit.

I bought adventa at 0.40 and sold at 0.73, i thought 80-90% margin ok la. covid will go away. let’s goreng oil stocks since price is damn low. now adventa 2.80 (700%) and oil stocks burns.....

the reason i still hold K1 is because this is the only counter that not fly yet and i got the chance to buy at 0.25, I really want to know how 1000% profit feel like. i desperately want to know, seriously. I missed that chance in Adventa and still blame myself for that early exit.

i still hold and yes, my profit is around 21% now. and i still believe K1 swab, ventilator & cloud biz will fly soon. i want to believe. i will be extremely angry if this swab, ventilator failed to get approval.

seng, the recent rebound is due to fund movement from Gloves Big 4 to 2nd tier healthcare. that is about I am sure if you very happy with K1, then you might go crazy if you hold LKL, HLT & Adventa. they up 20-36% on tues-wed before profit taking. This is all because 2nd wave of covid. Big 4 stocks are damn expensive and no more room to up. Thus, funds move to cheaper prices. TG is facing some trade restriction too. I personally sell my holding in 3 laggards counters (which i thought will up if covid problem settled in june) & move to adventa. hope i am not too late.

There is not insider news or conspiracy theory or whatsoever. I am not shooting Investor39 without any reason, but his story about people want to undermine stock price to gain control is not holding water. Remember we said K1 bosses are tech professional and company has 20 mil in cash? that will make the company stable from any manipulation. In fact, if there is any effort to gain major share or even hostile takeover, the price will consistently increasing for few days until they decide to pull back. we don’t see this was happening right?

correct, who is in their good mind will “long” and hope lower price? they complain their money is smelly? At this moment, any buying is categorized as Long, and long trading will only result in higher than or equal the bid price. Selling is the end of transaction and you can sell at any price you want as long as not higher than the bid price. Although selling may reduce the share price, but that will flush the market with additional lower price shares which will be snapped by other interested parties, increasing the manipulation of the share price, which K1 directors hope not to happen.

Short trading only will hope for lower price, but it is banned currently in Bursa to prevent speculative overrun the price. if short trading is allowed, please let me know, i also want to try short selling, that is different level of game.

As for the company directors, they are not allowed to engage in any activities that undermine company share prices. This is an offense under Security Acts, many people are jailed before. Most famous is the Penny Stocks Scandal in Spore 2013. I don’t think K1 directors willing to risk their reputation.

Bursa mandatory announcement is to prevent insider trading, which is very rampant in stock market.

the last trading by directors was last year if not mistaken. one weird about K1, I don’t see EPF, LTAT, or others public funds trading this counters.

My other counters like Velesto, Affins, EPF very active buying and selling, even small portion.

one good example is Minetech Datuk Awang, he keep on accumulating everyday 200k lots, so everyday Minetech announces his accumulation, then he transfer some to his son, also have announcement.

that is why everyday bursa has many announcements.

not min limit as long as they are major share holders (5% shares), or they are directors, principle officers (like GM, VP etc) and their family members

come on la investor, there is no benefits for anyone to have low price as short trading is not allowed. as i said, if there is attempt to getting lower price, u think those professional traders or funds will keep quiet? unless they want to go private.
again, if directors or company officers are attempting to stimulate the price down, i think this company is not worthy to put our hard earned money. company directors and officers should concentrate their time & effort to generate value to the company, not engaging in unnecessary maneuver of stock price.
