I told you 9 months ago, LBS share will not reach 1.80 by year end, and that is what exactly they wish, buying at low and selling again at high, so they pocket all the money, they care nothing about the small share holders like you all. The lower their share prices go, the more they buy back. Wake up, young men ! This is not, definitely NOT, the counter to put your money in. Oldman has played shares for almost 30 years, don't tell me all those crabs ! At least until now, my view is correct as far as this stupid counter is concerned ! This the main reason why the share price never go up : the directors keep on buying the company shares so that all the profits go to them. No matter how profitable the company may be if you do not distribute the profits, people won't fry your counter, and LBS is this kind of counter. They hope that the company share price is low so that they can buy in, and once in a while sell off the make money for themselves, selfish company. This is the time to make big money, now LA is 0.065, 8 x LA can exchange for 1 mother, mother is now 0.585. 8 x LA = 8 x 0.065 = 0.520, you make 0.065 with every 8 x LA. If LA drops further, and mother stays around 0.620, then you can buy LA and convert, Even now it is time to buy and convert. LA = 0.100, TP = 0.525, total = 0.625 and mother is now 0.640. But conversion takes time, you don't know when you came back with the conversion, how much is the mother. If mother is below 0.625, then you are trapped. Usually no reason for LA to be 0.525 lower than mother, so I suspect this is a trap. IRIS played as game before, be careful. I sold all my LA while it was still 0.145 and never buy back as I felt suspicious about this counter.

Ya, seems like WA is sold at a 8.8% discount which is a good buy. WA now worth 0.545 base on mother now 0.725.

Seems like they are going to make the mother goes up to around 0.450, since TP is 0.400, so if baby is 0.035 or 0.040, some people will think never mind, worst come to the worst, we convert, but after they have sold all their WR, they will make the mother drops to 0.390, and those holding the WR would be dead !

After checking, no such thing as plus 0.525, we miss interpreted what was on the press, it was stated that TP is 0.600, and each LA worth 0.075, so we thought the conversion would be 0.525 + LA, but is not, it is a direct conversion, 8 LA to a mother, since each LA worth 0.075, so 8 LA is 0.600. Unlike normal WA conversion where you need to pay cash, and 1 WA for 1 mother, this one is using 8 LA in exchange for 1 mother.

Some one is trying to push the value to 0.125, but not successful ! Look at today will close at 0.120, but 1 cent increase is good already !

Because WR expires end of the year, look like they are pushing the mother to go up but keep WR low, so that they can use WR to exchange for mother. Mother has up by 3~4 cts ard but WR moves only a little.

Latest confirmation from Bursa, to convert LA to mother, you need 8xLA. do not care what price mother is, what price LA is, it is a direct conversion, ie, 8LA to 1 mother. For your reference only. The 0.075 comes from 0.600 divided by 8 x LA, so each LA worth 0.075 !

Do your maths ! Mother is now 0.650 and LA is 0.140. LA + 0.525 = 0.665 which is ard higher than mother price. Unless mother price is up higher, LA is unlikely to go up further! If mother drops, LA will likely to drop also! But there can be a price difference of a few cents, but always LA + tp higher than mother, no so thing as mother higher than LA + tp, otherwise everybody will buy LA and convert to mother. The reason why warrant is not worth buying is because warrant + tp(0.800) = 0.170 + 0.800 = 0.970 which is more expensive than mother price, So not until mother price goes up to 0.970, warrant is not worth buying. Anyway watch for mother price now, if mother price goes up, LA will be up and vice verse, but not exactly, there can be a fluctuation of a few cents. Now the difference is 0.015, BUT If mother is up and LA NOT up, can buy LA. In short if mother price is bigger than LA + 0.525, buy LA. But again this is my own calculations for your reference only, trade at you own risks and discretions !

Anyone who can predict which share is going up 1 cent, just 1 cent, I will give him RM 1,000.

Once the price comes down, it usually means game over, unless the company comes out with good news, I usually would not pursue, volume would decrease, and price will keep coming down.

依我個人的看法，大概還可以漲 3、4 分，買 WR 比較劃算。一張母股可以賣2張兒股，但母子的漲幅大致一樣，以同樣的錢買兒股就賺兩倍，而且兒股還有3年才到期。但別聽我說的，個人照自己的看法買、賣。
