Yes, your calculation is correct, but you need to take into account the revised price and conversion, your assumption above is stating that you are paying zero premium if you are able to buy at 0.0525, which is a good deal la, supposedly there should a premium to cater for the duration of the stock to be exercised since this time is used to cater for appreciation or depreciation of stock.

@Stockisnotfun, not really. Some of the newer warrants has higher leverage and exercise price which does not make sense considering the exercise period, use the calculation above and calculate the premium and compare all the premiums and exercise price side by side.

Break even price = 0.14 * 3.9 + 2.705 = 3.25.
Current price = 2.99.
Premium = 3.25 - 2.99 / 2.99

Side note, you lose everything of invested amount in warrant when exercise price is at 2.705 or below at end of Nov

If want to learn faster, use same small amount of money and place them in genm and genm c-92 and track their price change. Hold it until end of November, is ok to pay small tuition fee to understand the concept. Learn faster.

Not really, for the same money invested, if genm is 10 % increment in price, depending of the warrant leverage, c-92 warrant would have gain at least 40% increment at the same time. The 40% profit would allow you to buy more stock. Similarly the downside is also multiply by the leverage, h hence it is risky.

Warrant is a leverage, if you don't know what you are doing, stay off, it can be very rewarding though. A hint take a look at c-92, the premium is 13,% if you think the price could reach 3.50 by end Nov, thats a good bet. Beware the downside multiplication of your leverage.
