（吉隆坡18日訊）榮騰科技（NOVAMSC，0026，創業板科技組）建議透過綜合50%現金及新股方式，耗1千萬令吉增購CNA發展私人有限公司的31%股權，將總持股增至51%，掌握控制權。

另外，該公司也建議私下配售20%新股；假設發售價為每股10仙，預計可籌集介於1千192萬4千至1千550萬2千令吉，主要將用作營運資本和融資購股所需資金。

榮騰科技透過文告說，CNA發展是家涉足綜合控制、自動系統和資訊科技方案的公司，公司去年11月剛完成收購CNA發展的20%股權，當時已進行了精密審核，並發現擁有控制權可帶來更多協同效益，才決定再增購31%股權。

該公司補充，公司將以500萬令吉現金和4千545萬4千股股票代價，換取CNA發展額外31%股權。

完成收購和私下配售後，股本最多將從目前的5億5千零78萬6千股，擴大至9億3千零13萬5千股。（星洲日報／財經）

Kementerian Rancang Jadikan Rekod Perubatan Pesakit Boleh Diakses Semua Hospital, Klinik


KUALA LUMPUR, 11 Dis (Bernama) -- Kementerian Kesihatan merancang untuk menjadikan rekod perubatan pesakit boleh diakses oleh semua hospital dan klinik melalui pelayan internet tunggal.

Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Seri Dr S.Subramaniam berkata ini bertujuan membolehkan hospital dan klinik di lokasi berbeza mendapatkan sejarah perubatan seseorang pesakit apabila keadaan memerlukan.

"Sekarang, nampaknya ada masalah. Apabila seseorang pesakit pergi dari satu doktor ke satu doktor, rekod perubatan pesakit itu tidak mudah didapati, melainkan doktor pertama yang merawatnya menulis kepada doktor kedua dengan memberi sejarah perubatan pesakit itu," kata Dr Subramaniam pada Persidangan Pengurusan Kementerian Kesihatan 2015, di sini hari ini.

Pada persidangan itu, yang bertemakan 'Transformasi Ke Arah Penjagaan Kesihatan Lebih Baik: ICT Sebagai Pemecut', peserta membincangkan tentang peranan teknologi komunikasi maklumat (ICT) dalam membentuk dan meningkatkan keberkesanan perkhidmatan dan kemudahan penjagaan kesihatan di negara ini.

Katanya berkata melalui sistem itu, maklumat lengkap tentang sejarah perubatan pesakit akan terpapar di skrin dengan menggunakan kad pengenalannya.

Dalam ucaptamanya pada persidangan itu, Dr Subramaniam menegaskan tentang kepentingan meningkatkan kesedaran mengenai pelaksanaan program penjagaan kesihatan berdasarkan ICT.

"Ini penting dalam melaksanakan pembaharuan dari segi penyampaian perkhidmatan kesihatan melalui kaedah digital, di samping menyediakan platform untuk berkongsi maklumat pesakit.

Menurutnya kementerian itu juga bercadang memperkukuhkan platform media sosialnya untuk berkongsi maklumat berkaitan kesihatan.

On Privasia’s prospects, Puvanesan said the company was optimistic of its financial performance in FY2011, due largely to the improving business sentiment and the government’s initiative to promote more widespread internet usage.

“Our strong current order book of RM193 million of maintenance and system implementation projects will keep us busy till 2020,” he said.

The Edge Research pointed out that Privasia – which specialises in consultancy, systems integration services, IT outsourcing, E-bidding and E-procurement for the port and logistics industry – interestingly has a total order book of RM130.9 million in mid-2014, which was higher than the combined revenue for 2012 and 2013.

Privasia’s revenue in 2013 dropped by 3.6% to RM58.5 million, from RM60.6 million; but net profit rose by 8.5% to RM5.4 million, from RM4.9 million.

For the first half ended June 30, 2014, revenue declined 6.6% year-on-year to RM27.5 million, while net profit fell 28.9% to RM2.3 million, due to slower billings and higher operating costs.

“Valuations for the stock are higher than the broader market, but relatively lower compared to other technology stocks, especially those that are actively involved in GST software and have received a recent price and earnings boost ahead of its April 2015 implementation,” The Edge Research noted.
