Yes, it would be, coz with the new shares (conversion from rights), there will be dilution of shares... so the run up in price now also has to factor in 5 day average prior to rights listing...

Take fund manager's R&D with a pinch of salt... put some MoS from their price. Be a little conservative and if goes above your price, you'll be happy, otherwise you'll disappoint yourself more

dividend is not bad la 2.5 cents. People subscribe to the rights means they are confident to put more money into this company because they know something big is coming...

or they trust crawler's remarks here and put their money in confidently! hahahaha... i'm getting hungrier crawler...
