Nusajaya as a whole, I really don't know, but Medini maybe... I've been there recently surveying some property projects. Landed that are not GnG would not be safe, with cases of break-in, theft and robbery.

Condos might better short term targets since there's built-in security. However, long run, landed will gain upper hand.

the JV projects which will benefit Sg as well, no wonder E&O stands out from the rest :)

the buzz word now is Iskandar, anything iskandar and you'd have struck 'gold'. As you rightly mentioned, it's a matter of how long this good times will last.

Iskandar development corp is smart in controlling investments going into Iskandar and cherry picking the right corporates. You don't want too many chefs baking the cake... you'll end up spoiling it :)
