many people hope this share down below rm1... no chance la... this week will be above rm1.2

But if we compare with YILAI... financially yilai is better... but advantages in seacera is diversification business (contruction, property), 500acre land (if we re valuate this land, could reach 200mil or more), plenty planning like hospital, resort, new factory in kamunting etc...

White Horse (tile maker as well)... last quarter report...

Current Asset is RM 660 mil
Current Liability is Rm 316 mil

Gearing is 0.48... This is consider high risk... because your Rm 1 in white horse, you have 0.48 debt... We also have to consider half of its current asset is inventories... this is not good...

Total asset is Rm 1.142 bil.
Total liability is 427 mil...

So my opinion, Financially seacera is better than white horse... i think white horse is biggest player in malaysia for tile manufacturer...

Seacera also diversify its business into property and construction...

last quarter financial report....

Current asset is Rm 174mil
Current liability is Rm 51mil

So gearing is 0.29... this is consider low... Our Rm 1 in Seacera, we only have 29 sen debt... If you compare with another property player, this is consider good bearing...

Total debt is only Rm 59mil... including long term debt only Rm 8mil.
Total asset is Rm 227mil... with trade and receivable is Rm 145mil... and Inventory only Rm 10 mil...

Financially this company is healthy... Total Asset could be Rm 350-400 if re valuate 500 acre land...

no la..... normal rate is 0.6.... i use clicktrader..... just 0.08... plus duty, probably 0.15

If we buy we have to pay 0.6% to broker.... when we sell, also pay 0.6%..... for me, im not smart enough to predict when downtrend and uptrend... But have a basic knowledge to calculate TP... TP is Rm2 without warisan merdeka

Dont worry seacera holder.... This is normal.... This share increased more than 50% in 3 week... so time for correction.... TP is rm 2 without warisan merdeka....

The question is are you smart to predict downtrend and uptrend? When uptrend, are you willing to buy at high price?

10k units at rm1.14 today...now holding 175k units.... Im holding 0.1% of seacera share... will be 1% in the future...kikiki

Monster: dont worry... fundamentally this share is superb.... Inari can reach Rm4... I sold all my 50k units of Inari at price rm2.9 because this seacera... seacera can reach Rm2 easily...

European market today all up... market is good... yesterday they worry about portugal...

people also get scare with this massive increase... but strong fundamental is still in this company...

zzzz. TP is rm 5 if we win warisan merdeka... if we fail winning warisan merdeka, TP is just rm2... but another thing need to consider is 500acre land, tile factory expansion....

i think you still need to learn how this market work.... this share increased more than 40% in just 1 month... most of true investor will sell a piece of their sell if their share massive increase... and buy back again if the share drop at certain percent.... you will never get 90sen....

If we do analysis just at his tile business, seacera still undervalue... forget about construction and property.... seacera still undervalue...

I believe they wanna fully utilize their land in kamunting...

maybe in the 3-5 years seacera will be the second biggest tile manufacturer in Malaysia

Comparison seacera with our competitor (YILAI)...Yilai is tile manufacturer same like seacera.... what I wanna say is Yilai got 20acre factory in Johor and can produce 9mil meter square per year...

What is interesting point is Seacera wanna move their factory to Kamunting 32acre land. And current capacity of seacera is 2mil square meter in selayang... So in the future, how many seacera can produce tile in kamunting Perak... Could be 15-20mil square meter (almost 7 times bigger than current production)...
