No speculation in this share..... We wanna talk about a fact

I bought seacera before bonus and before Seacera announce MoU warisan merdeka, and security fence... No warisan merdeka and no security fence, TP is More than RM 2... I sold my Inari 50k units for this seacera....

Before bonus Issue, seacera market capital is below 150mil... At that time, Tile revenue is 13mil per quarter (50-60mil per annum revenue and 2mil capacity).... But Im comfident, 32acre land in Kamunting is huge. My opinion they still have a chance to expand it... Director said yesterday, they can expand to 4mil capacity... so that mean revenue from tile it self can be 120mil per annum.

Hospital and resort in Melaka... I have no clue how much they can earn money from this project..

SPAZ 320mil contract... can sustain 3 years... I think seacera can earn 40mil (maybe more) revenue per annum

500acre land... I have no idea, when they wanna start this project... What we can earn from this is Seacera NTA... Seacera NTA could be Rm2-2.5 because of this land... and can sustain seacera for 10-15 years

I only consider tile revenue 120mil and SPAZ 40mil per annum..... So 120+40=160mil revenue per annum... consider profit is 15-20% from revenue.... profit can be 30mil and EPS can be 15sen... To know TP for seacera (EPS X 7-17 (depend on the industry, but I put 13 because seacera got plenty type of business and diversity)....So 15sen X 13 = Rm1.95... this calculation is without considering land 500acre development, and hospital and resort. That is why I willing to buy at price 78-84sen....

After Warisan merdeka MoU Announced, wahhhhh!!!! this is huge money.... multi bilion ringgit... I put TP Rm 5 if we win warisan merdeka.... I already showed calculation for this in previous page...

How about Security fence project? I never put this project in my calculation... If we win, then we will get huge dividend in the future and improve company cash... That is all....

Base on technical analysis, today should be up.... But i that analysis is temporary.

I trust warisan merdeka, 506km security fence, 4mil tile capacity, 500acre land....these thing make seacera TP Rm 5 for long term.

jonjonlew, dont use technical analysis... I give you my experience with inari in 2012 to 2014....

In 2012, Inari Price is 34sen (Tp is 60sen, revenue 150mil per annum)... But Inari have a plan to acquire Amerthon company in 2013 (three time bigger than its self)... Inary also pay consistent dividend quarterly...

So easy to know what gonna happen after 2 years.... the revenue will increase 3-4 time bigger and profit as well...today Inari increase more than 600% in almost 2 years...

This gonna happen in seacera, the easiest thing to predict seacera revenue is look at their new tile factory...they got 32acre land in Kamunting... that is huge area for tile factory... they said they can up its capacity to 4 time bigger... And they also just acquired construction company SPAZ with contract worth 250mil...

The best stock for me is if the company have a planning and easy to predict their income... This is similar with IBHD, TGUAN, Guanchong (back to 2009)...

jonjonlew, i dont know... technical analysis have no solid prove to say up and down of a share... it is just base on MACD, resistance, etc....

i dont play that thing... if a share increase more than 25% in one month, 3 month or etc, most of people will sale a piece of their share.. and buy back again when the price down. I have tried this method, but not work very well for me...

I use 80% fundamental analysis.. if a plantation company have 10000 hectar of land, you can calculate its profit per annum... the question is how willing you invest your rm1? Are you ok invest your rm1 for 4sen profit for a year?... it is depend on the industry.. if food industry, i have no problem to invest my rm1 for just 4sen profit a year... for seacera share, this is base on its fundamental... if today increase 30sen, i still keep it because warisan merdeka news is coming soon. and the lowest Tp for seacera is rm2
