Come on..bright chart analysis looks like shit as of now and getting worse n worse everyday..Just use 3mil of stock and this counter will go down to a level that no one has seen before..sigh!Don't just look at the price comparison cos even 0.625 is a low price which in the past has seen stability, it doesn't mean it will not go down further....end

Fortune you can't compare Amedia and bright based on SIS as their performance is different..Amedia is in a shit business as digital out of home requires hell lot of capital, which Wong has got none...thats why all the placement and SIS has come about...

Its quite true and should to apply the sell in may and go away strategy here as of now.It is best to come back end of July to see what has bright turn out to be based on their latest quarter report.Whether Wong is so powerful who can turn bright down to upside, only figures well tell..

Lastly go check out the latest 30 shareholder listing and you may know the game is not over yet as the top shareholder is one of the largest top private bankers in Switzerland..as per say on their website.Lets see how price react next week...cheers

My interest in this counter is to see how management is able to turn around the business with new interest partners/shareholders which could change their main biz direction.eg something related to smartphone apps linked to android and iphone..

Honestly if you ask me is it still good to invest in malaysian stocks mainly penny counters i would say yes..as global markets are not seeing a bubble burst soon especially in tech stocks..eg Alibaba which is going to be listed soon in the US..

Just my 2 cents opinion..It is understood that penny stocks are all speculative in nature with great volatility.If you ask me what is the best average price to accumulate i would say 0.23.But my last post in here is to expect a correction further down to below 0.20 and possibly touching 0.10 for a strong rebound.However rather unfortunate i think the sharks do not about this and only managed to touch a low of 0.19 on thursday and then make way for a rebound towards closing of 0.235 yesterday.

Right issue is history as said nta is just 6cents..what fool will buy at so high price..would you?

Current Nta is at 6cents and share price is trading 5x its book value.This is absurd and all should know that you are playing on a penny stock.Those who still hold and still buying at current prices are either crazy or just their risk appetite is huge.Let us all unload all our shares and take back money first.Let the sharks hold the stock instead of cash..

manu u can check how many stocks are above their NTA, which bright NTA is also @ 0.755.My answer is plenty if they are high performing stocks.Do you think the big leeches would buyback from you @ 0.80 if bright is not a high performing stock? My answer no they dont...

For those who are reading this dont support/buy anymore bright shares from tomorrow.If Tommy and his close friend wants to sell,then let them sell it to just themselves.Let management know we are not supporting bright anymore..

Lastly if its genuine fallback from 0.825 its recent high due to profit taking and IF SIS was to reward directors for their good management,price would have rebounded....

Latest quarter report though showing profits is pretty normal as the industry bright is in is having healthy profit margins. It is still anyone choice being a investor to buy in when you feel the price is right. Just a gentle reminder please see who is in control of the company and do they have the $$$ to buyback shares from the market at higher price = 0.825 or higher. My answer is no, clearly you can see recent uptrend is just to lure investor to buy in and they dump to us. In recent news on taking bright private is also not likely as being a rumour as they don't have the money to do so else why would a right issue have taken place in the beginning.

Some commentaries earlier quote that Ricky was wonderful guy as someone claims he knows who is a philanthropist and hardworking. This statement I doubt it as his current control company Amedia is in red as well given the recent private placement @ 0.10 and now 0.085.My opinions/views are not depress the stock price nor discourage investors to buy in but volatility in the price now is high and low volumes will definitely push it down..

For those who bought today I wish u all good luck as trend is confirmed downtrend and will last for a very long time...I doubt SIS will be rejected as retail investors who are genuine minorities will not have sufficient vote to reject the offer. As said earlier once SIS approved will still continue downtrend till to a level my prediction 0.55 to benefit the ones who take up the SIS offer.

Once next week SIS approved bright will drop to 0.55.Good for suckers...but no good for minorities.

Mnc has a lot of nicknames similarly it can be called Malaysian facebook,Spotify and even whatsapp..bypassing the resistance price of 0.28 and continued to climb higher means it will stop from today's closing...more action to come...

Generally penny stocks are all speculative in nature, what goes up will come down eventually..there are no real money buying into it long term.The NTA for mnc is only about 6 cents and now it maybe trading high and not worth to hold till we see something different..

The management has to stop the company from bleeding further and reserve whatever cashflow they have and focus on profitable segments mainly sms and smartphone applications.1st quarter report should be out by end mth and it would be interesting to see how different it is from the past.

Hi speakup..if the new owner shares are pledged,guess banks would have a capped value on their stocks to leverage on the margin financing amount.From what i see this is purely a rundown by themselves in order to buy back shares at lower prices.Four penny stocks hit hard just few days ago and mnc is one of them.

Hi i shouldnt say this right now warrants are in control by leech.As back Jan leech dispose all his holdings on the warrants.Warrants will definitely fluctuate time to time based on current mother price..

Hi Tommy u are right as SIS act as a motivation to those where shares offered to them.But as said issue price is still unknown.Upon the announcement of the proposed SIS there should a positive reaction to it but rather unfortunate price as of 23/4/2014 was 0.735 and which till now has lost 8% in 6 days.Should the committee decide to issue shares to the directors, then maybe this announcement will mean something.See below link - Albashee sold all his shares thru direct business trade.

Hi Lee just got time to read a few interesting post by our new joiner who commented positive notes on bright.In my view there is definitely an EGM upcoming probably b4 the next quarter report announcement as latest announcement confirmed on the proposed SIS as approval is required by shareholders.However what is unknown is the price of issuance.If what u say is right in manipulating, option price maybe nearer/same to the rights issue price.This maybe the cause for the consistent selldown that lasted for days.I will hold my further buys as of now, as the trend is down as of today and is going to be deep and maybe even breach the 50s.
