It makes no sense to control 10% of the company with a higher issue price than what the company is worth unless they control most of the shares in the company.

For those who are still holding...you may consider re-entering again at price abt 0.10 as their 10% share private placement submitted last year Oct 2013 is still pending..i doubt it is real as well given so long already and no update.

Just a small conversion of the warrant by someone will change it all...

Lee my opinion is that current foil biz maintain but will not generate sufficient profits to up to a dollar based on the enlarged share capital.New biz expansion is the key to change bright in the near future.My guess is that this new biz requires major capital commitment and all the right issue $$ and warrant conversion $$ will be needed to make such a move.

Never know.The key to success is to know who holds majority of the warrants right now..

Recent announcement confirmed change in the chairman seat..its neither good or bad but if anoounce new biz ventures eg: expansion of the new packaging product lines n other new businesses, still depends whether $$ invested is purely investment or down the drain..

Latest quarterly report analysis 1) Company's liquidity in the form of cash has decreased by 1.3mil yoy - this is bad as company may not be able to survive another yr if continue to make losses. Now it only has RM1.8mil left 2) Net liabilities increased as company undertook bank loans to pay for the purchase of properties - this is bad as well bcos company will be paying interest annually and very soon u will see gearing ratio 100% and if unable to pay - boom PN17 3) Total accumulated losses on the books is RM6.917mil vs share capital equity is worth RM9.447..very soon par value reduction from 0.10 sen per share to 1 sen also may not be enough restructure the company. Conclusion 0.15 OMG!!! May not even worth 1sen...

Hi just sharing my views..1) warrant @ 0.23 is a steal when mother is up 0.82.Usually warrant pricing would be 50% of current mother price given the lengthy conversion period 5yrs. 2) Again mother up to 1.23 n higher which warrant price will hold around 0.40 and enable conversion to take place...Company biz is doing well and with all the right issue money and the warrant conversion money...biz can expand into other countries..

Comrades overall mkt is in a down swing today probably expect major selldown these 2 days and bright maybe affected as well..hold and wait for the opportunity to buy low.

Lee..maybe you are right on the margin pledge accounts.But as you know you can always have cash as collateral in your margin account which then will give you a higher margin limit.If not wrong their target was to profit at warrant trading.First sell the warrants to get cash and then buy back lower using their margin limit.Thereafter support mother and sell again the warrants.Double profit...Let see next week trading..
