马来西亚政府在宣布撤换掉价值高达117亿元的项目合作方之后，便马不停蹄的与新的合作方——王健林的万达集团进行洽谈。

5月9日，新加坡《海峡时报》报道称，马来西亚政府正与大连万达集团洽谈开发吉隆坡大型房地产项目“大马城”。而就在5月3日，马来西亚政府刚宣布撤换这个项目的原始合作伙伴依海控股及中国中铁股份有限公司。

报道指出，马来西亚总理纳吉布希望在5月14-15日访问北京出席一带一路国际合作高峰论坛期间，与万达完成签约。

原本，大马城项目是属于中铁和依海控股的。然而，5月3日，马来西亚财政部下属企业TRX City Bhd发表的声明称，包含中国中铁在内的收购财团未能满足2015年12月所达成协议项下的标准，因而无法完成交易，也就是说与中国中铁和依海控股组成的联营体（IWH-CREC）关于大马城60% 股权股份销售协议失效。

原因是IWH-CREC并未履行付款协议，因此，这项总价值74亿令吉（约合人民币117亿元）的大马城股权买卖交易告吹。TRX在其声明中称，马来西亚财政部现将保留所涉地块的所有权，并开始寻找其他有意向的潜在开发商。

随后，IWH-CREC发布公告称，TRX City单方面宣布大马城60%股权的股份销售协议失效，违反了双方协议条件，他们对此保留一切权利。公告称，该公司拥有足够的资金和能力，确保大马城项目发展顺利和实现，IWH-CREC也有履行协议中一切付款义务。

马来西亚方面表示，中国中铁和依海方面需要出示足够的证据来充分证明三件事情，包括他们支付了多少费用、何时支付的费用以及约定的支付条款内容。

《华尔街日报》此前引述一份马来西亚财政部内部文件报道，双方交易破裂的其中一个主要原因是，中国政府未批准中铁进行该项投资。同时，IWH-CREC被给予12次延期，最后一次延期的截止日期是4月30日。

王健林洽购马来西亚大马城项目 此前中铁被撤换

根据马来西亚政府规划，“大马城”项目将成为吉隆坡最重要的交通枢纽和集金融、商业、文化、旅游、高级住宅于一体的国际经济中心。

大马城项目面积达到200万平方米，总建筑面积约840万平方米。之前是一个闲置长达20年的空军机场，位于马来西亚首都吉隆坡市中心。此前，中国中铁和马来西亚依海控股集团联手拿下了该项目的竞标。

2015年12月31日， IWH-CREC与马来西亚一马发展公司（1MDB）签署《股权买卖协议》，以52.79亿令吉（约合人民币83.91亿元）收购了一马公司旗下位于吉隆坡中心地区的“大马城”项目60%股权。其中，中国中铁斥资26.39亿令吉（约合人民币39.95亿元）持有联营体40%的股份，依海控股持有联营体60%的股份。

2016年6月16日，“大马城项目”协议签署仪式在吉隆坡举行，马来西亚总理纳吉布当时出席了签约仪式并讲话。纳吉布承诺，马来西亚政府向大依海控股和中国中铁组成的财团IWHCREC给予财政税务方面的优惠。

据环球网报道称，中铁东方国际集团副董事长蔡泽民曾表示，2015年来自全球的40余家公司公开竞标大马城项目，第一轮筛选之后，只剩下12家来自日本、韩国、中东、澳大利亚、新加坡、中国以及马来西亚当地的公司，他们或单独参标或者组成联合体，竞争非常激烈。第二轮，包括中铁与依海控股组成的联合体在内的4个竞标方脱颖而出。最终，中马联合体以出价最高，方案最优成为最后赢家。蔡泽民将这个项目描述为“这大概是全球所有国家首都市中心唯一的一块面积如此大的待开发用地”。

环球网援引蔡泽民的话称，2016年11月的时候，大马城的招商已经启动，目标瞄准了包括财富500强以及全球顶尖金融机构在内的一流公司。而作为政府战略目标，马来西亚将为入驻企业提供税费优惠，大马城将形成经济特区的概念。

蔡泽民此前担任中国铁路工程（马来西亚）公司党委副书记、党委委员职务，2月7日，中铁公布的人员职务调整变动情况中显示，免去蔡泽民中国铁路工程（马来西亚）公司党委副书记、党委委员职务，不再担任总经理；任中铁东方国际集团副董事长、党委副书记，为总经理人选；仍任中铁东方国际建设分公司总经理、党委副书记。

买股票跟玩poker一样，玩poker 要算几率，数理跟记忆要好。
买股票首先要了解基本面，bj是可以，但也要了解技术分析，趋势,这里面可以猜到底庄家（大咖）有没有进场，有没有要推高的意思，也是一个几率。
大股东又是管理者这种情况，要把利润转移是一件很容易的事，更何况做其他手脚。所以即便基本面好，他们要是没有想推高股价，你永远只能等。。。
股票市场的升跌100%是操纵，Bursa制定的规矩一样可以玩转。。。
所以，散户本来就是任人宰割，你说你这只河马这么肥。。。怎么办。。。。
