Sentiment seems to have changed overnight. Still no support. May fall below 70 sen.

Lots of people have posted comments on this forum suggesting lots of people have invested in this counter. How many have actually made money?

This counter has dropped by over 80% from its peak about 18 months ago. I don't think the downtrend has ended.

FFB production is always the lowest during the months of Jan to April of a year. Production for other months is 20 to 50% higher. Even if production stays flat and CPO price remains the same as in the first quarter, Cepat should still make around 20 sen a share this year.

Company still made 2.15 sen a share in the latest quarter but share price has plunged to the lowest in more than half a year. Something is wrong somewhere.

Just over one and a half years ago, Top Glove was the second largest company listed on Bursa Malaysia and en route to becoming the largest listed company, displacing Maybank. Many Top Glove investors were convinced.

Ask 100 people who have invested in bank/plantation stocks over the past 6 months, over 95% would tell you that they have made some profit from their investments. Ask another 100 people who have investments in glove stocks, almost 100% would tell you that they regret making the investments.

CPO price is still very, very high. Not wise to sell Cepat at this level.

Even when KLCI dropped below 1,200 points two years ago, Maybank held steady at above RM7.

A snake oil seller has been trying hard to sell his unreliable product at RM5.80 a bottle. Don't be deceived by him.

Cepat's latest quarterly financial results should be released within the next three weeks. Unlikely to match its earnings for the Oct. to Dec. quarter due to much lower production but should be much, much better than similar quarter last year. My guess is EPS should not be less than 6 sen a share.

Sharp drops on Wall Street will eventually adversely affect local sentiment. We can't be immune to drastic falls elsewhere especially the US though our stock market is trading at a PE ratio 1/3 of US stocks.

Maybank hasn't declared any bonus issues for over 10 years. Its share price has been going up steadily lately due to sound fundamentals, namely good earnings, low PE and high dividend yield.

The extra shares will come from him, not from Maybank.

RHB Bank's share price should hold at above RM6 a share when it trades ex-dividend on the 17th of next month. At an issue price of RM5.17 per DRP share, even those holding 2,000 shares should be able to make some money.

The RM6.25 a share NTA is arrived based on ridiculous asset valuations. Many of its assets have not been revalued for up to 40 years.

Remember to "stock up on MRCB" to prepare for the next GE. MRCB always moves up during an election year, don't miss the opportunity this time.

Maybank, Public Bank and CIMB Bank investors had all received their final dividend payments and probably spent the money. Poor RHB Bank investors still don't know when they would receive their final dividend.

Cepat should make over 25 sen a share this year. At RM1.14 a share, it is trading at a prospective PE of less than 5.

I think RM15.80 is far more likely. This person is living in his own world.

Its foreign currency holdings include at least 100 million US Dollars (worth over RM 430 million today) and over 70 million Sing Dollars (worth over RM220 million today)

With CPO fetching an average price of less than RM4,000 a ton last year, Cepat made 16.38 sen per share. CPO price should average over RM5,000 a ton and production should increase by more than 10% this year, how much do you guys think Cepat could make?

Keck Seng has benefited a lot from the sharp fall of the Ringgit against the US and Singapore Dollars. The most appropriate thing to do now is to reduce its holdings of US and Sing Dollars and embark on a buying spree of its own shares.

Lowest closing price over the last two years was 30 sen, highest was around 58/59 sen. NTA per share is RM1.00. No reason for MRCB to stay at this level.

EPF hasn't sold any MRCB shares for several years. Even if it disposes of all its MRCB shares, it can only raise around RM600 million.

It was trading at around RM1 just before GE14.

Start of a mini rally. Should easily surpass RM2 tomorrow.

Lat year's EPS was 16.38 sen a share. Cepat's profit should improve significantly this year due to extremely high CPO price.

Investors will be getting 4 sen per share. Still a let down.

Some early signs that MRCB is moving up after a long period of consolidation. It is only about 20% higher than its lowest level about two years ago but more than 70% lower from its 2019 peak.

NTA is RM4.66, now trading at less than half its NTA. If the company was to be put up for sale, its major shareholders would demand at least RM5 a share.
