Given the gravity of such audit issues by KPMG, BURSA should have suspended the stock since day 1! The way the price had fallen is a joke on BURSA! Who were they protecting? Certainly not the general public and shareholders!

Whenever, a listed co is unable to meet it's FY end Accs, it should be suspended! Where the QR is not furnished in time, diligent action should be taken, like suspending the counter after a certain extension is given!

There is no way accs cant be completed in time and gets audited by reputable auditor in time too! One story related by a Senior person of an audit team...certain listed company and one SPAC at that time did not have any financial reporting system and were running it on EXCEL!

Doubt if any other sale of asset will bring in any additional value without sacrificing earnings quality! Those in the money should be careful and exit!

SIR is not favorable to SDK though much watered down from KPMG's version!

No way another accg firm will go 180 degrees to what was previously done by another!

The impact of these shenanagan dealings at SDk will be revealing...soon SDK will be taken over by another and SDK will have to drop it's suit on KPMG!

For all the flaws of KPMG...no way they could be out by a mile on this SIR! At best it would be a lower financial number impact but surely as far as integrity is concerned, SD has a lot of explanation to make!

Tomorrow. ie 13 July 2021, IJM plant will be at ex div, thus, those holding it today will get the 10 sen dividend! Its being bid at RM3.08 now!

Technically, it should be adjusted downwards by 10 sen, which "technically" could be at RM3! But with KLK's takeover offer at RM3.10, surely, parties friendly would want to take up at low price!

So, there is another 10 sen upside, in the event takeover is on!
