Today dataprep close at 1.81. Broke support 1.84 ie. Price close below support 1.84. Now support 1.84 becomes resistant 1.84. Not good.

Verdict - Downtrend likely unless price start going above resistant 1.84.

@papaxs if today close at 1.80...is it nice time to buy and tomorrow open with higher price?

They already had a meeting and settled on 1.35 as pp, so they have confidence in the company. Does this answer your question.

@kit008 @py1818 Normally i would give 0.05 buffer ie. 1.84 - 0.05 =1.79 before i reduce position or sell all. Just in case price falls below support 1.84 and bounce back up.

Here whenever resistant is broken ie. Price stay above resistant , it means uptrending.
Whenever support is broken ie. Price stay below support, it means downtrending.

Yesterday price was 2.02 and today price break immediate resistant 2.12 to close at 2.26. This means uptrending.

Normally i would give 0.05 buffer ie. 1.84 - 0.05 =1.79 before i reduce position or sell all. Just in case price falls below support 1.84 and bounce back up.

In the video, I am classified as a long term trader ie.
I buy when price go above resistant strongly with volume. I sell when price fall below support.

Traders when see whenever a support is broken, they reduce position size or sell.

However if support 1.84 still hold, then traders buy.

So please monitor price stay above support 1.84 if you don't want to sell.

In support and resistant, whenever price breaks or fall below support, it is called downtrending. In this case previous support 2.57
Previous support 2.43
Previous support 2.15 all price fall below support.
Now dataprep price 1.85 is about to break/ fall below support 1.84.

Please watch that support 1.84 is not broken. In other words price must stay above support.

Can buy at support provided prices stay at support and above support. Thks

Problem with @rr88 analysis is he does not take daily transaction volume into account. So his verdict does not reflect the actual situation.
One can not use support 5.95 only.

A good share always attempt to break resistant. But dataprep is doing the opposite, ie. Breaking support.

Yes. I knew a lot are buying at support 1.84 and sell at resistant 2.15. Making profit. But support 1.84 is nearly broken and this make me nervous. Other indicators like sma 3 and sma 10 are broken. However sma 21 not broken yet. Just saying please watch out for support 1.84. Thks.

The buletin just says if price is able to stay above resistant 0.33 then uptrend happening and vice versa with support. Hope this answers your question.
