I stay away from this counter. Buying a minority stake in minda cause limit up. It means NOTHING.


HOWEVER if lwc buy a majority stake ie. More than 50% of this counter and plan to invest billions of his own money to make minda the best university then i buy.

0.07 to 0.175. This means one ringgit becomes two ringgit fifty cent.

Whoever enters today better be careful. Already a lot bought at 0.07 and 0.12. Waiting to sell.

Fyi, i see this downtrend started since price was 0.96. Mentioned many times of paper losses for investors stuck at 0.98 to 1.05. All waiting to sell to recoup back their losses.

Tried to tell you all but instead labelled with many fanciful names.

However i must qualify my technical analysis with occurence of sudden events. If tomorrow DNEX get a BIG project from govt in billions, DNEX will ROCKET UP in price. Needless to say.

Closing price if close below support 0.74 means downtrend.
Closing price if close above resistant 0.81 means uptrend. Tomorrow watch if break 0.74, next support is 0.63.

Verdict - today it went below 0.74 to be at 0.72. However it closes above support 0.74. Not very good.
Good stock must always be breaking resistant.

Just treat daily closing price below 0.81 as downtrend because as long as unable to close higher than 0.81, can forget about TP 1.00 or higher.

Wow! I exceeded my SELL CALL forecast at 29/3/21. I said going back to 0.87 but It went below 0.87. If 0.81 broken tomorrow the next support is 0.77.

We took the time to write for you @earlyretirement because we are oldie and we care. Through our experiences, we have spotted this downtrend way earlier at 0.46. @earlyretirement pls take note advise below. Berjaya land has no institutional investors eg. Epf DOES NOT HAVE hundred of millions shares in it.


However, Epf is a big investor at AEON. AEON is a better buy than berjaya group.

If i am holding at price of 0.475, and the price drop down, i would reduce my position size, ie. Sell off some. This way if the price goes further down, i would lose less. But if price goes up, my remaining shares will still give me profit. Then if share goes further down i would continue selling the remaining shares.

Only if uptrend is confirmed ie. Closing price breaks 0.38, then i would buy.


Reason why i am taking a negative view is support 0.38 is broken. Now it is 0.345. The next support will be 0.28
