After a capital reduction, the number of shares in the company will decrease by the reduction amount. While the company's market capitalization will not change as a result of such a move, the float, or number of shares outstanding and available to trade, will be reduced.

Any matter or issue when a company sell high and buy low. Bear in mind this is usual everbody want to make profit.

Already a couple of times parkson share price failed to sustain above the 90cents level. Hopefully, this time is different and can move up a bit higher.

That's mean in this situation is beneficial to contract playing not for long term investment?

I bought this share also based on these few factors. NTA and share buy back. However, sometimes like this counter share price keep drop without ending (almost from rm5 to now ) Investors see their hard earn money gradually become lesser and lesser by each day. I really can imagine how the feelings.

Some good and responsible companies still give dividend whilst share buy back (eg.magnum/bjtoto).
Currenlty, i perfer to be on sideline. Just to observe how low this counter can be.

Earlier if we listen to ks55. Buy at this level or 50c will not loss so much. Wasted all our bullets.
