aax maintenance cost and lease cost does not go down as expected , because operation cost uses average USD rate - 4.20. Particular maintenance cost too high, seem aax did a lot of maintenance in Q1 2016. From positive side, if a lot of maintenance is conducted in Q1, then maintenance cost for Q2 - Q4 will reduce.

mango2 : I think Q1 would be the best result in all year of operations since 2013 for AAX in term of topline and bottomline. New revenue from Delhi and Gold Coast and Auckland. Cheapest fuel since 2013 and an appreciation of ringgit by 40 sen. It would be an incredible result which you will never see previously.

2Q and 3Q will try to build from Q1 result,. I have no doubt about the topline result. Bottomline wise, the result will move in brownian motion but I would expect profit, less hope exchange rate swing to our favour. Q4 would be fantastic. Hawaii and holiday period expect record revenue in Q42016.

I expect AAX revenue is RM 1 billion. Operating cost is RM 700 million. (I dont expect contibution from other income in this quarter), so operating profit is RM 300 million. Forex gain RM 150 million, so Profit before tax is RM 450 million. Deferred taxation RM 30 million, PAT around RM 480 million.

aax more stable but wa can give you more profit or more loss.

Of course we dont buy the stock if we base our decision on reporting of past result. We dont live in the past, we live at present and in the future.

We buy stock when we can see what lies 6 months ahead in the future and not when the future is the present.

Two factors - human behind it and good financial result. Even how bad human want to make a mess of this stock, if the coming financial result is greatly amazing, people will still buy this stock. So, I am asking a question, if you know the coming financial result is going to be great , are you going to buy the stock now or buy the stock after the result came out ? Ask yourself.

It is incredible that the price is holding even though many contra players are selling for "chicken feed" profit ... I bet people like sostupid are buying when he asks others to sell. Asta la vista baby... I'll be back.

I told ya , I invest in this stock because even how many and how big threats are thrown at it , the price is very stable ... It is fun to watch , and those who want to tarnish this stock are pushing a big rock to the top of the hill.

If you dont get some hold of the stock now, you will never buy it in the next 4 quarters because it is going to be more expensive and people not selling easily.

We dont live by reading the past financial statements, but we live in present and predicting future financial statement.... you may be true that it has 15 sen net asset per share now, but it may has 70 sen net asset per share 4 quarters ahead .

It made 12 consecutive losses , but looking at present and in the future , I can see at least 5 consecutive profit.

Sostupid: Most people invest in this stock because it is of mediocre value today and has greater value in the future.

aceso : thanks for asking. ,OK now, initially diagnostic shows vvt sensor switch was abnormal upon further check , it is engine oil hose that had a hairline crack.... At 170km/h , the V6 pumped very hard that almost all engine oil went out the hose and by the time i arrive in kl , engine problem sign was on and my newly replaced fully synthetic oil vanished in thin air. Hose problem is cheaper than replacing the sensor switch though.
