Why worry 'dialog'? Money matter would be resolved by Fortune 500 company by name CREC, a Chinese Goverment run state company.

Curious 2, if it VIVOCOM, I will be the happiest person but VIVO would not be able to carry out such a task, I suppose.

MID-SMALL CAP BENEFICIARY
MQ Research recommend switching out of IJM into the small mid cap players like Econpile, AQRS and SunCon.
I want to add Advcon and major beneficiary is VIVOCOM due to its alliance with CCCC.
SOURCE: Macquarie Research - 11 Jul 2017
Last night, Macquarie Equities Research (MQ Research) released a research piece on the East Coast Railway Link (ECRL) construction. In the report, MQ Research highlighted that at least 30% of the ECRL’s civil works will be allocated to local construction players, with the contracts expected to be awarded between 3Q17 – 4Q17.
Given tough competition, MQ Research also foresee that the local construction players will form joint-venture partnerships in bidding for ECRL contracts. Within the same report, MQ Research mentioned Econpile as their top pick in the small-mid cap industry.
ECRL Phase 1
In 2H17, Malaysia will see the commencement of the ECRL construction. ECRL is a rail project (passenger and freight) that is aimed mainly connecting the major ports across east and west coasts of Malaysia via a 600km railway link, in two phases. Based on government estimates, phase 1 of ECRL will cost RM55bn and it is slated to be completed in 2022. The project will be fully financed by the Chinese government in a G2G agreement between Malaysia and China, under the ‘One Belt, One Road’ initiative. The Chinese government has appointed China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) as the turnkey contractor for ECRL.
ECRL is the Sector's Litmus Test Amidst Chinese Dominance
Given that it is a China-led construction project, ECRL will be a case study in how the Malaysian government takes care of the interests of local construction players, in order to sustain the sector’s growth. According to the Prime Minister, at least 30% of ECRL’s civil works value has been ring-fenced for local construction players. MQ Research understand that contract awards to local players will be closely monitored by the Malaysian Prime Minister’s Office (PMO). MQ Research expect news on contract awards in 3Q17-4Q17.
Packages Available to Local Construction Players
The engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) value of the ECRL is RM55bn. Based on MQ Research’s channel checks, the civil construction works of ECRL will cost RM40bn–RM45bn, with the rest of the money to be spent on land acquisitions and project management. Among the key civil works areas in ECRL are rolling stock, tunnel works, station works, systems and signalling, earthworks (site clearing), rail formation and track-laying, precast and substructure works. MQ Research understand that high-margin works such as tunnelling, systems, track-laying and rolling stock will be fully undertaken by Chinese contractors. As such, MQ Research estimate RM10bn to RM15bn of construction works will be made available to the local players.
Strength in Numbers - Potential JVs Among Local Construction Players in Bidding for ECRL Contracts
If CCCC has reserved the high-margin job scopes for Chinese contractors, this will put all the local construction players, regardless of capacity, on a level playing field to compete for the remaining packages in ECRL. MQ Research think the tougher competition coupled with the breadth of job scopes in ECRL, may prompt the local players to form joint-venture partnerships with their peers in bidding for ECRL contracts. In 2016, when contracts for Sungai Besi–Ulu Klang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) and Damansara–Shah Alam Highway (DASH) were awarded, 6 out 17 packages were awarded to joint bidders, formed by small mid-cap construction companies of different capacities.
MQ Research's Top Picks in the Sector
MQ Research’s top picks in the sector are Gamuda (big cap) and Econpile (small mid-cap). For alpha plays, MQ Research recommend switching out of IJM into the small mid cap players like Econpile, AQRS and SunCon.

If IWC limits up throw, it would be RM 2.00. So sharemaker, go and borrow some money to pick up at this level. But since you were a good supporter once, I would advised you not to borrow from loan sharks.

Empathy? Just wish to say that an intial TP of 18.5-20.5 will be attained. My final TP is 28cents. But I will exit right before that.
Year 2014, I heard a news and I bought WC more than a million lots at 4.5cents. The news came right and with a bonus of an additional 30 percent if shares, I exited at 20 cents.
And now I am back holding a million shares with hard earn money hoping things will come again as before.
If interested, check the old trails which I have commented as ran777.
We are all here to make some money for a living.
If I would have said anything hurting, please forgive me.
