I think this is the piece of news that generate interest pushing KCT from 27 sen to 47 sen. Now that the news is out...will it go up or go down?? I rather be careful...not to chase...now it is near highs. I play safe....sidelined.

Why are you so scared even if you bought at 14 sen???? If it drop to 13 sen you shaking??? hahaha.... this is not pump and dump. This is undervalued stock DPS. A cheap property stock. 1 year down the road....I think maybe worth at least 50 sen lah... You need to hold after the court case. You will be rewarded.

Sometimes the selling is also a good opportunity for buyers to come in and buy cheap. One man's meat is another man's poison. Some people likes to buy on weakness. Some likes to sell on weakness. So it all depends on the stock. If the stock is good and fundamentally strong, it is worth to hold at a longer term to avoid being affected by the short term up and down. DPs should be worth 20 sen in the long term. The risk is less even if you bought at 14 sen . Not like XOX when you are holding at 70 sen it can drop to 20 sen. But DPS at 14 sen how much can it drop?? Most is drop back to 10 sen. But again at 10 sen I will sapu all your stock if you sell..hahahaha....

If you buy at 13.75 sen..then be careful. Your stop loss should be at 13 sen. Whenever you buy stock just be prepared to lose 5% - 10%. That should be your tolerance level. Don't over buy and lose more than you can afford. Sell if it break 13 sen support. Monitor closely. Can always buys back if the trend turn bullish.

Yes! You are right... monitor closely. If 7.5 sen still holding for WB...don't sell. You need to have a support point to determine if the stocks is bullish or bearish. The support will trigger the buy signal and sell signal. Have your own support because you will know your own tolerance level. Don't let your losses increase...like XOX case when it fell from 70 sen...you should already cut if it fell below 64 sen. Some people wait until 30 sen...see what I mean? If 70 sen drop to 35 sen...how can you tolerate that loss??? You will have to hold...and see now XOX is 19 sen! Whenever your stock rises...you must have an imaginary stop loss to avoid it from falling too much. You can always buy back. Just don't let your profit turn to losses.

Why up down up down?
1. Market sentiment weak. DPS investors are afraid of price going down if court case postpone.
2. Some profit taking happening. Buyers are not chasing yet. Waiting for the tsunami to come before jumping on board again. Malaysian are always wait for last minute to buy.
3. Sharks are waiting for contra players to finish selling before another big push.
My advise. Wait and monitor. Follow the crowd. If you see the volume suddenly shoot up...Buy! Sharks are all waiting for contra players to finish selling....before another big push just like KTC's case. They don't keep pushing...they always pause for a while...make you scary...let you sell. See how long you can tahan....move your itchy fingers and start pressing the sell buttons.
When to sell??
Sell if you see support 13 sen breached. Just cut and take profit. Otherwise just hold tight.

Yes cheaper ...many bought WA because it is cheap. There is another 5 years before expiry. So it is true...worth a gamble. But WB safer ...because longer expiry and cheaper strike price. Your own decision. No right no wrong.

Huge buying by smart investors. 14 sen is finishing soon. Buy signal triggered last Friday. Chart don't lie. Please watch closely. When it move it will be too fast to buy. Buy now before it starts moving. KTC also same...it was lying at 35 sen...suddenly shot to a high of 47 sen. So don't think now it is not moving...I see sharks are already inside since last Friday. Now waiting for another big push. Please hold tight.....

For lesser risk buy DPS-WB still lagging at 8 sen. 10 years expiry date. Properties price expect to sky rocket in 10 years. So it is a safer bet.

Subject : Memorandum of Understanding
Description : Memorandum of Understanding executed between Shantawood Sdn Bhd
(“SSB”) and Diamond Terrace Sdn. Bhd (“DTSB”)
1. INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of DPS (“Board”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned
subsidiary, Shantawood Sdn Bhd (“SSB”) has on 25 August 2015 entered into a
Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Diamond Terrace Sdn. Bhd. (“DTSB”) to
jointly develop all pieces of freehold land known as Lot No. 1207 GRN 17344, Lot No.
1208 GRN 17343 and Lot No. 1210 GRN 17345, Mukim of Tanjung Minyak, District of
Malacca, State of Malacca (“the Land”) measuring in aggregate approximately 38 acres
in area into mixed property development.
SSB and DTSB are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
2. SALIENT TERM OF MOU
The salient terms of the MOU shall be as follows:-
(i) DTSB is the legal, registered and beneficial owner of the Land measuring
approximately 38 acres in area, whilst, SSB has the necessary expertise to
undertake the development of the Land.
(ii) The Land has been approved for mix property development which comprise
development of thirty-seven (37) units of double storey shop lots, one hundred
and eighty-two (182) units of single storey terrace houses, eighty (80) units of
single storey bungalows, seventy-one (71) units single-storey low cost houses
and one hundred sixty-eight (168) units of four-storey low cost houses by
Jabatan Perancangan Bandar Majlis Bandaraya Bersejarah (“JPBMBB”) on 3
October 2011 (“Project”). The Project shall have an estimated gross
development value of RM166.28 million.
(iii) SSB is solely responsible for the development of the Project and to obtain all
necessary legislative and administrative approvals for the Project from the
relevant authorities in Malaysia. DTSB will assume the role of landowner
(iv) Moving forward, the Parties shall map out the details of the joint venture
agreement (“JVA”) and other relevant documentation. The parties agree that,
amongst others, the completion of a legal and financial due diligence as well
as a technical feasibility study shall be undertaken by SSB prior to the
execution of the JVA and other relevant documentation.
INFORMATION OF SSB
SSB is the wholly-owned subsidiary of DPS. It was incorporated in Malaysia on 9 April
1994 under the Companies Act, 1965 (“Act”) as a private limited company under the
name of Shantawood Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. It adopted its present name on 31
December 2013. As at to-date, it has an authorised share capital of RM100,000,000
comprising 100,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which all shares have been
issued and paid-up. SSB is principally engaged in manufacturing of furniture, rooftruss,
provision of kiln-drying, trading in furniture and property development.
In 2nd Quarter of 2013, SSB, via a joint venture had embarked on the development of 44
units of single storey houses and 10 units shop houses on three (3) parcels of land
known as Lot 3949, Lot 3950 and Lot 3951 held in Mukim Tanjong Minyak, District of
Melaka Tengah, State of Melaka Bersejarah held under Pajakan Mukim 2297, 2298 and
2299 respectively (“TM Land”) with gross development value (“GDV”) of RM11.88 million.
Barring unforeseen circumstances, SSB expects to complete the TM Land Project by
end of 2015.
In December 2014, SSB via another joint venture, had commenced earthwork on Lot
18565 and Lot 18566 held in Mukim Krubong, State of Melaka Bandaraya Bersejarah
held under Geran Mukim MCL 773 and 772 respectively (“Phase 1 of Krubong Land”).
Phase 1 of Krubong Land has been approved by JPBMBMB on 2 August 2012 for
housing developments which comprise proposed development of eighty-nine (89) units
of single-storey terrace houses.
Presently, SSB is the process of submitting a new building plan for Phase 1 of Krubong
Land to maximise the usage of certain portion of the Land. Barring unforeseen
circumstances, the approval for the new building plan shall be forthcoming by end
December 2015. The construction works for Phase 1 of Krubong Land shall commence
in 1st half of 2016 and is expected to complete within 24 months from the date of
commencement.

All these news are just news...to spice up the rally...but what about the profits...? We need to see the QR reports before chasing again. Merely acquiring a business doesn't mean a thing if the $$ is not coming in the QR report.
Anyway it is your own choice to chase and buy or not... I just sharing my experience. Good luck.
