Annual report 2015 mentioned about the joint venture with Mayor of Kota Kinabalu with GDV RM150 million.
The upcoming joint venture property development project, with an
estimated gross development value of RM150 million, with the mayor
of the city of Kota Kinabalu on a piece of land located within Sinsuran
Complex, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah is expected to commence in early
2016. The construction of Project is expected to be completed over
a period of two years. The project shall be undertaken by the Group’s
subsidiary company Winapermai Sdn Bhd. The Group has a 60%
interest in the company. The project involves the development of a
commercial centre with an estimated built up area of an estimated
86,020 square feet. Currently, the proposed development plan for the
project is pending relevant authorities’ approvals.

The risk of unfulfilled is very low. As I believed now is the best timing for us to accumulate the shares. If too fast they fulfill everything and payment receive, then you will sell the shares and watching with regretful eyes.

It's already past 17 Oct.Now there's no announcement that the deal off.So I hope GOB will do well sooner or later.
By right it should be received the payment within 30 days. But, due to the condition precedent is yet to fulfill by GOB. Therefore, the future date will be extended.

The factory and business may be genuinely shown to outsiders/shareholders. However, the cash keep in bank itself may not be truly represented. RM 886mil in bank and proposed to raise a right issue of RM 50mil is totally not logical. There is no need a PHD to analyse this company already know this is idiot.

Special dividend consists of 75 sen capital deduction and 13 sen dividend. Hence, the share price will be deducted 13 sen only as 75 sen capital deduction from par and accounting adjustment.

Please go to read through the circular report. Golden Land has an upcoming joint venture property development project in KK (with RM 150 million GDV) with the mayor of the city of KK. GLBHD has 60% ownership. Besides, the group has intention to develop the vacant land at Penang and Selangor.

Just for sharing, someone already noticed and wrote about Pavreit that interested to buy over Da:men way back to mid July. Just click the link below: http://windscopo.blogspot.my/2015/07/gob-21-7-2015opteron.html; it indicates that Pavreit actually have liaise with GOB about their interests and somehow leaked out by one of the parties. That should even give us more confidence about the buy over as it already in Pavreit's planned proposal even in July. Once they receive the balance of the purchase price, we will not have the chance to buy at 59 sen now.

COL still have chance to take over ICAP. Based on the total voters attended the 11th AGM was approximately 80 mil shares. Which mean out of 140 mil of total number of shares, still have 60 mil shares which did not vote for any party. Next year will have another round of drama.

It is impossible for COL to dispose off all their stake in ICAP. They will need to face their clients directly after making tons of losses. They will keep on purchase for more shares in bad times in order to average the previous purchase price. Based on 2015's annual report, COL only holding 18.92 mil shares yet the outcome from voted by poll was about 20 mil. Which mean, if next year Mr Tan still pessimistic and do not utilize the cash pile. We will see another round of dispute against fund manager and COL.

HW the exercise price is 1,700. But the current shareholding increased to 150mil. Which means let's say the retail hold 100m and CIMB hold 50m at the expiry date of KLCI index 1,550. The cash settlement will be only 100m/150 x (1,700 - 1,550) x 1/667 = RM 0.15 per warrant.

RM150 mil is just beginning. Besides, 150mil x 10% profit margin = 15 mil / 221m shares is around 6-7 sen. Definitely cannot compare with those big property counters. Yet, this is a good start to venture into Property since they have plenty of cash after disposal of plantation lands.
