O.K. Correction, USD1.6 billion (RM6.4 billion) is enterprise value i.e. 100% value (not 50% value). If this is carried through, they may not pursue listing E&P (now suspended process). So they only get RM3.2 billion for the sale of 50%. Looks like RM4 billion RI still needs to go ahead.

Only sell 50% to survive huge debt. Survival more important.

The EGM for Sale will definitely pass bcoz almost everyone (especially ikan bilis) want to exit this company badly.

P master, last time u told people u bought a few million shares of SAPNRG & holding them at 60 sen. When the price suddenly dropped to 42.5 sen u cut-loss everything. U tell me now, how many % u lost on that single day? Don't tell me u were not taking risk when holding SAPNRG at 60 sen..... what were u thinking then? (no risk at all at 60 sen arh?)

Many people here hope the price will drop to 25 sen after RI exercise date then buy. Many people here also hope the price will go back up to 60 sen becoz they believe SAPNRG management will do anything (many positive plans) to ensure the price will go up. Both groups of people here got their points. So what to do?

If u buy at 0.335 and the price drop to 25 sen later then u lose 25%; if the price go up back to 60 sen for whatever reason (mayb cancel RI, mayb RI successful, reduced debt, etc.) then u make 79% profit. If u do nothing but talk & talk only then no use lah. Some people here say want to buy at 55 sen when the price was 60 sen but when the price dropped to 0.335 the same people say want to wait for 30 sen then buy. I also confused with all these people talking & talking already.

I think if u have extra money & can afford to lose 25% then worth to take the risk for a possible 79% profit. But if no money & afraid to lose then cannot buy lah.... very simple conclusion.

Nowadays many ikan bilis already mutated into piranha already. Many2 piranhas gang together can eat up whole shark.

Very long weekend holidays (4 days).... stock market will only resume operation on next Wednesday. Happy holidays everyone!

huatchye, if u hold your shares as long as possible b4 the ex-RI date while waiting for opportunity to sell at higher than the current price, I'm sure u can get to sell at better price. U'll still lose some money but u lose less.

For SAPNRG, I don't plan to hold until ex-date.... I will sell b4 ex-date since I am buying at this low price, safe a lot of headaches calculating its value.

U cannot sell RI without first subscribing.... but u can don't subscribe & do nothing.

I've only done RI b4 (a few times) but not with RI & free bonus/warrant. So hope someone else can help u here with your questions.

Looking at its price chart pattern, this counter will yo-yo between RM1.19 and RM1.32 for the next 3 months.

Hahahaha!! Good to b optimistic.... I think next week only can see better price movement. This week cannot la.... very long weekend holidays coming after tomorrow. People want to play safe, they prefer to wait till next week.

Shahril's pay-cut was already highlighted in the news as part of the conditions for PNB to subscribe the RI.

Can't pay off total debt of RM16 billion; only pay off debt partially (RM4 billion); so can't kick out Shahril but Shahril's pay-cut is part of the plan by PNB.

If RI is successful & SAPNRG managed to pay-off close to RM4 billion debt in Feb 2019 then share price will definitely go up a lot (how high is anyone's guess).

Yes, flyingshare.... do what works for u best. Other people may be able to make profit from contra but not everyone can do it (most will lose money trying). I only do contra once in a while when the conditions r perfect for it.... most of the time, the conditions r unfavorable (against contra).... so I won't do it then.

@shpok4574: U have to give yourself some margin of error leh. U don't always get to sell at your TP. If u aim to sell at 0.350 but the price only reach 0.345 then u can still sell at 0.345 (below TP) with profit. But if u aim to sell at 0.340 but the price stay at 0.335 or worse still if drop to 0.330 then u sure lose money one.

@shpok4574: I don't have such strong believe as u...... but if tomorrow fall below 0.340, I will start taking some risk (very tempting now), if fall further can buy more. I'll just play with small amount first. If I lose money at this low level entry then other people will lose even more.

shpok4574 newplayer286, i strongly believe sap energy will be supported at 0.34 level. if RI called off, sap energy will fall under pn17 category
