In May 2014, the KLCI's highest was 1,885.72 and after 4 years now the KLCI is 1,800.71; so the KLCI has never gone up in 4 years.... how to crash!?

Actually our KLCI has been flat for the past 4 years since 2014 till now.... so, how come people r talking about our stock market crash? How can u crash when u r already flat on the floor?

Hang Seng Index +322.71; Shanghai +30.90; Singapore +37.23; Jakarta Composite +61.81; etc.

Today the whole world stock market all green leh.

Hehehe.... I may not b right 100% of the time but I can b right more often than wrong.

Today may likely close at 43 sen.

Today's Low was RM10.00 (briefly only). If tomorrow break below RM10.00 then can start buying again.

If OMV & RI successful, debt will b reduced to RM0.563 per share.

RM2.67 of debt per share.

The sharks usually start pressing down the price 2 weeks b4 the QR is out. That means they will start dumping around this time.

The push up this morning is so much weaker than the previous 2 trading days. Those who bought at 0.475, if cut-loss now will only lose very little. Anyway, up to individual traders to weigh their own options. Good luck.

Got out at 0.465, will re-enter at lower price.

Already re-entered at closing 0.455, if dip a bit more.... buy some more.

3. SALIENT TERMS OF THE HOA

The HOA confirms the Parties intention to establish a strategic partnership.

SEB and OMV AG intend to hold 50% of the issued share capital of Sapura Upstream respectively.

The proposed transaction is based on an enterprise value of USD1.6 billion.

@Aliffazil: I don't put much priority in this counter.... hence I only enter when the price was very low & will only buy more on dips but won't chase when the price keep shooting up. The reason y I don't put much priority on this counter is due to it always full of surprises & often very disappointing.

@BetorInvest: For this counter, I don't really care if it can hold at 0.43 & I have no idea if it will go up until when. When I entered last week at average price 0.345, I was merely taking a risk of losing money if it dropped to 0.300 but was hoping to gain 79% if the price go up back to 0.600. I also don't put too much money in this counter bcoz this counter is very unpredictable. If it drop in price tomorrow, I will top up some more but if it continue to shoot up then I won't do anything.... I'll just wait for my TP 0.600 (79% profit).

A RM20 billion company selling for RM2 billion!

SAPNRG is easy target for company buy-out (take over the management).

Very soon the CEO Shahril will b kicked out of his position..... the company is being swallowed up by some by funds.

If they were sharks, they would have taken profit & press down the price again.

This doesn't look like sharks.... it's even bigger than a giant whale! bulldozing through the sell Qs.

This is not sharks pushing up the price..... it is already proven last week that the most shark can push up is only 2 sen. Don't fix your mind too much on sharks. I think this time it is the foreign funds buying up most of the shares in the market in response to the really good news, plus many ikan bilis also chasing up the price.

What does this means? It means GENTING's shares r 100.6% backed by solid cash! When u buy 1 share of GENTING at RM7.97, u r getting RM8.02 cash (held with the company).

GENTING is cash rich leh.... no need government fund to support lah. U know or not.... GENTING's market capitalization is around RM30 billion while at the same time GENTING has around RM30.3 billion in cash, bank balances & FDs.

When price high dare to buy; when price low dare not buy.

When price drop, say will drop further; when price go up, say b careful... will drop back again.

In conclusion.... will only talk but cannot buy.

After the sale of 50% E&P, Sapura's market capitalization will definitely b more than the current RM2.05 billion, hence its per share price will increase accordingly.

But to think of it.... the RM3.2 billion from sale of 50% E&P is still more than the entire market capitalization of SAPNRG (around RM2.05 billion). So, u think is it worth selling the 50% of E&P?
