I really wondering how you come up with RM3...the GDV of BM is 140BIL, but dont forget the following

1. Ekovest share issue has increased tremendously over the past few years which causing heavy dilution
2. Financing cost very huge due to Duke 1, 2 , and later 3.
3. Construction order book keep on dropping and no new contract awarded so far, wont last long.
4. IWH-CREC will only buy 60% of BM land if they are the chosen one, and Ekovest will only be subcontractor, so the earning will be so much more lower.
5... IF IWH-CREC dont get BM, it is fully valued now, most other construction co PE only 8+. In fact Ekovest is overvalued now.
