I read, there is a 30mil fair value gain (one off), and 27mil deferred tax, without these 2 one off items, ekovest net profit should be higher BUT there is something worrying.

1. Construction order book depleting and ekovest has yet to secure any sizable contract lately
2. Property segment start losing money and expecting to loss money.

IF ekovest cant get bandar malaysia, then 100% confirm gg
