Yeap K = Keputusan. It takes a couple of days for the court to update the full award description. Browse thru for Month of May and there is no case date for DPS. Hopefully we can get the award updates soon. .

Decentguy if you refer to DPS case , go to http://efiling.kehakiman.gov.my/eFiling/ and type the case no. if we know the court case date we can choose the hearing date then. For IR case go to IR court website and type your IR case no.

Is there a possibility if both party trying to nego settle out of court hence delay annoucement or else those who follow the case knows it is samsung bicara :)

The case mention is on 22nd April 2016 same time same place.

Normally there would be a written verdict rather than oral . Will specify a date when the result be released to both parties.

fl888 .. Is it related to Industrial Court case rather than Civil ? You can call Putrajaya Ministry of Human Resource cite your case no and check the outcome.

Unless there is a case appeal ref no be able to search as the earlier case ref no detailed that the Co was in favour. Subsequent appeal is not updated. Probably just be patience as advised.
