Easy calculation......... amount offered to puncak divide by number of shares.... cash offered to puncak by selangor is about Rm9b.......divide by number of shares of 411 million. 9000/411=rm21.00.......so if 9b..it is not rm8....but rm 21 per sharet

you faham ke apa itu upstream dan apa itu downstream...from beginning sona is going to involve in upstream business only....sona has never said prefer down stream.........OK..like this if your activity is oil exploration...then it is upstream....if you process that crude oil into by products...it is down stream....
