I think for such big project need to do a lot preparation not like the gov announce to xxx to xxx then only the xxx company go n take courses/event/etc..cos so far I can forsee Msia GST implement for next year will be a big mass so for those company which want this project need to well prepare etc (due to the company I working which in a mass talk about gst n dunno wth they r doing at all)..

Imagine if u are short play player buy 0.16 sell peak 0.18 ad grap one rnd profit, another rnd buy again 0.16 sell 0.17..at least 2 rnd profit ad for almost 1wk +..now back to 0.16 again..
