go ask around and see how much foreign workers get paid per day in palm oil industry even before the minimum wage hike.

fcpo approaching rm4500 now, up rm700 since average rm3800 last quarter. And u ppl still worry about the rm200 wage increment where it is partially offset by the increment of windfax tax threshold.

Only ~5% of their palm trees are 20 years old and beyond. If i am not mistaken, inno is the only bursa company that has such an ideal palm tree profile.

Say if your dividen yield = 5%, 2% on the DY = 5% * 2% = 0.1% of your portfolio value only. Hope u guys panic and sell at -10% on next monday.

U are bias because u purposely pick a top performer for comparison. If u want to make a comparison, use an average number. https://www.statista.com/statistics/795756/yield-of-palm-oil-malaysia/#:~:text=In%202023%2C%20the%20average%20yield,of%20palm%20oil%2C%20after%20Indonesia.

Seriously Mike, did u come from planet mars? Isnt it a common knowledge that plantation industry suffer from labour shortage because of covid? Jtiasa is not the only one with low ffb output in last few years.

Now they have 283mil of cash and 194mil of total debt, which also means 88mil net cash, with extra 350mil of fcf every year! Oh man, do u guys have any idea how big is the potential of this cash cow?
1 month ago | Report Abuse
Jtiasa is now a net cash company. Currently they have zero immature oil palm tree and less than 5% of the oil palm tree is beyond 20 years, which means the capex on replanting will be minimum for next 5 years. So 350mil of fcf every year is definitely possible! Even if they spend only half of it to pay dividen, the dividen yield still can sky rocket to 175 / 1139 = 15% at today's closing price!
1 month ago | Report Abuse
I estimated at least 350mil of fcf for fy25 if fcpo and fertiliser price stay around current level.

U ppl r funny. U want more revenue but u dont want more trade receivable, is that means u accept cash on delivery only when your customer plan to give u more orders?

It is funny u guys think the booming of data center in malaysia will benefit hdd. Seriously, who care about malaysia? Hdd has a global market and u guys think only malaysia when u make your investment decision in hdd company?
and hdd is irrelevant in ai data center! It is all about computing power!

Whenever a global mnc becomes a major customer of a bursa listed company, its share price tends to become a multibagger.
For example,
1) Dyson => VS, SKPRES, ATAIMS
2) Tesla => GENETEC
3) Apple/Broadcom => INARI
4) Tsmc => FRONTKN
5) Bmw => D&O
6) Nvidia => YTLPWR
7) Seagate / Western Digital => DUFU, NOTION
So, can natgate become a multi bagger too given their primary source of income is derived from Nvidia ai server, Coherent optical modules and Bitmain bitcoin mining machine?
2024-07-19 11:30 | Report Abuse
No, this is not an ai server.
NVIDIA HGX H100 8GPU Server is much bigger size and its retail price is about RM1.5mil.

I managed to buy some at 2.26. Lucky me!
2024-07-11 18:42 | Report Abuse
u guys seriously under estimated how much they can make from optical modules when the production lines fully resume in 2H.
2024-07-10 10:23 | Report Abuse
sns is just a reseller while dufu notion jcy is just a hdd parts supplier.
Seriously, look at the spec of the ai server. Do u see hdd?
2024-07-10 10:21 | Report Abuse
xfusion server is also using nvidia server. There are the same thing but just different brand.
Initially I thought they appoint natgate as an ems for their nvidia server but now i am not sure. It would be nice if natgate sell the server under their own brand but also manufacture it for other brand.
2024-07-09 22:08 | Report Abuse
I foresee natgate will hit 1bil revenue from ai server and 500mil revenue from optical module this year. Both of them are very important in ai data center.

I read it from an ib's sector research report but i forgot where i read it.
2024-07-09 13:29 | Report Abuse
Retail price for a H100 8gpu server is about 1.5mil ringgit. Assume net profit of just 100k per server, they could potentially make 100 mil if they deliver 1000unit of ai server this year. The profit from the ai servers alone will be higher than the money they made in 2022!
2024-07-05 00:25 | Report Abuse
Why then it's not reflected in Natgate's revenue and profit ?
----------------------------
Because they just began the production of the ai server in Q1. So far only 20 units delivered, 980 units more to go.

Those who said vitrox is struggling to get into china market has no idea what they are talking about. Just read the annual report and do the math to see how much revenue they got from china in last 3 years.
That research report is misleading. Vitrox is actually doing quite well in china but struggling to in malaysia.
2024-06-17 12:51 | Report Abuse
Because its primary customer who contributed more than half of the revenue is still in the process of relocation from china to malaysia therefore cause a temporary drop of revenue. The relocation is expected to be completed by 24Q3.

hdd is mostly used for those conventional datacenter for data storage purpose. That is why the rise of online streaming media like netflix youtube tiktok created huge demand for hdd in last 10 years.
However what ai datacenter really need is ssd which has much higher data read/write speed.

Who are the Ultimate beneficiaries ?
=> DUFU, NOTION, JCY as parts manufacturer for hdd, SAM as hdd/ssd test equipment manufacturer.

They said this in their recent released annual report 2023:
With the mix of capabilities and the products and solutions offered, Mi Group as a comprehensive solution provider is ready to seize any opportunities for business diversification and localisation. We remain aggressively optimistic about the Group’s prospects for the FYE 2024 and beyond. We are confident that the gradual recovery seen in the worldwide semiconductor manufacturing sector will lay the groundwork and build the momentum for continual growth.
We shall continue to pursue our path in diversification for the SEBU where the newer state-of-the-art machines series are expected to bring heightened contributions to overall revenue. The SMBU, equipped with cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to produce micro-solder balls from our patented alloy, will continue to expand its market presence. In SSBU, our initiative aligns with our strategy will enable the Group to seize opportunities within the Automotive & Renewable Energy segment.
So here they said they are "aggressively optimistic". How ah?

u know what was the best part? They said they were optimistic but the price still big gap down on next day. Now they are pessimistic when every signs suggest that the worse of semicon industry is over and recovery is on the way.
