Dragon Fly Doji

Dragon fly doji form when the open, high and close are equal and the low creates a long lower shadow. The resulting candlestick looks like a “T” with a long lower shadow and no upper shadow. Dragon fly doji indicate that sellers dominated trading and drove prices lower during the session. By the end of the session, buyers resurfaced and pushed prices back to the opening level and the session high.

there is diff between Ifcamsc & other penny stocks ("S" or "P") - it is profitable and is heading for more potential future earning upon GST implementation as they are well positioned among big boys in property sector. We shudnt be phobia abt UMA as the fundamental of this stock is solid and Ifcamsc management will explain to Bursa accordingly + TP also been set by Maybank Research at least investors are given guideline in term of Ifcamsc stock valuation

@FX Lee - your reply "definitely not. strong fundamental.", i believe, will carry calming effect on all the investors in the forum trading IFCAMsc. UMA tetap UMA as it's Bursa's right/prerogative to query over counter that's having unusual $ movement - but issue UMA to this counter:IFCAMsc will generate diff reaction as compare with others' pennies counters - it wont shaken the investing sentiment toward this counter.

派紅股，絕對是好消息嗎？

馬股近期有多家上市公司不約而同宣佈派送紅股，為當今淡市增添幾分色彩，給有關企業股價帶來一些活力。

紅股，是所有投資者均非常渴求的投資甘露，尤其在股票基本面欠缺重大催化因素、或者股價太高限制漲勢時，紅股計劃往往能協助推高股票估值，釋放隱藏價值。

理論上而言，紅股可謂是一家上市公司業務和盈利穩定的證明，因紅股計劃一般是從公司保留盈利或股票溢價戶口中融資，意即只有那些財務條件不俗、內部盈餘充裕的公司，才有能力派送紅股。

這理論，總讓人不經意將“紅股”

與“好公司”劃上等號，只因若公司非佳，何來紅股？

偏偏，理論始終是理論，未必放之四海皆準。

舉個例子來說，一家上市不到1年的企業突然派送紅股，究竟是因為公司業績氣勢如虹，在如此短暫時間內即累積到足以融資紅股的資金，還是可能有其他原因？

說實話，這問題有很多答案，而且皆難言對錯；唯一能肯定的是，有關公司派紅股，未必是因為業績或展望無懈可擊。

要解釋這點，就得從上市時說起。

企業上市時擬定的新股發售價，面值部份被歸類成繳足資本，超越面值的部份則被歸類成股票溢價，將被分配到股票溢價戶口內，待哪天用於進行企業活動，如發紅股。

好比說，某上市公司以1令吉售價發行面值50仙新股，那上市公司賣股獲得的1令吉中，將有50仙將被歸類成繳足資本，另外50仙則記在股票溢價賬戶內。

這意味在有關公司成功發售新股後，股票溢價賬戶內其實已擁有50仙價值，若公司有意，且取得監管局批准，隨時能以1送1比例派送紅股，“回饋” 投資者，無論業績如何。

我們看到許多新上市公司常在上市不久後派發紅股，許多都是因為上市時成功從投資者處賺獲一定的股票溢價，才能如此慷慨大方，與公司運作無百分百的關係，畢竟，派送紅股後財務表現卻每況愈下的上市公司，不是沒有。

況且，紅股計劃不過是種賬面變化，只是將保留盈利或股票溢價轉以繳足資本名義記載，有關企業除了繳付一筆活動費用給投資銀行外，其實無須真的拿出一大筆資金來派發紅股。

單是這一點，就知道紅股計劃能反映出的財政利好，對價值投資者而言未必實用。

以股東角度而言，紅股計劃亦無法直接增加股東價值，因股東獲派多少紅股，股價就將作出同等程度的下調，如以1送1比例派發紅股，原本持有100股市價2令吉股票的股東，將在紅股計劃除權後持有200股市價1令吉的股票，股票在紅股除權前與除權後的總值並沒有改變，同樣是200令吉。

簡單的說，紅股的道理僅是將同一個蛋糕切成更多小片，可蛋糕總淨重會否因此增加？當然不會。

不僅如此，紅股計劃亦可能偶爾成為炒家刮錢的工具，如率先將股價推至天高才宣佈發紅股，並趁消息問世後投機者湧現時賣股退場，從中海撈一筆；也可能，欲融資的企業先派發紅股擴大繳足資本，之後再推行附加股計劃，藉此籌募更多資金。

無可否認，企業發紅股固然是正面訊息，可投資者必須同時參考其他如業務展望、資產負債表、股價走勢、營運紀錄等方面的資訊，更加認識有關企業，才能評估紅股計劃本質，避免遭紅股“暗算”。

別忘了，理論是死的，人是活的啊。

External environment is not rosy at all (Ukraine issue + China weak economic data)...need a bit of time to stabilise...even at such time like this, take consolidation that Dsonic's share price is not tumbling drastically....i can't ask for more of Dsonic
