Mun nak yang cepat (naik in term of price), cuba counter Dsonic. Barakah jenis yang slow and steady punya. Uji kesabaran.

股價在過去9個月內暴漲超過13倍，我說這德達飛訊集團（DSONIC，5216，主板貿服組），葫蘆里究竟有何乾坤？
18個月前剛上市馬股的德達飛訊集團，是一家科技產品服務公司，亦是大馬卡主要供應商，該股當年是以每股2令吉發售價上市馬股，期間共宣佈發行了兩次紅股（首次是2配1、第二次是上月杪剛建議的1配1紅股）及1次股票拆細（1拆5）。
結果是，該公司股本從當時的9千萬股50仙面值股，暴增至13億5千萬股面值10仙股票，數量足足增加14倍，可用截至週五每股3令吉80仙股價作參考，該公司在最新紅股計劃除權後，股價依然高達1令吉90仙，只比2令吉上市價折價5%。
股本暴增14倍，同期股價卻只出現5%跌幅，令德達飛訊總市值暴增至25億6千萬令吉，較上市時的1億8千萬令吉高出14.22倍。
無論從甚麼角度來看，這樣的漲勢顯然都有點超乎尋常；那麼，究竟是德達飛訊上市估值遠遭低估？還是股價早已漲離基本面？
截至2013年財政年，德達飛訊營業額按年成長46%至2億6千零74萬1千令吉，淨利暴漲191%至8千189萬9千令吉，惟根據每股盈利12.13仙計算，現有股票估值已經高達31倍本益比，比大多數藍籌股還要高出許多。
奇怪的是，該股18個月前的上市價，僅相當於2011財政年11.76倍本益比，可在股價暴漲超過10倍之際，某證券行卻以該股展望明朗和流通量改善為由，決定將該公司估值調高至23.5倍預測本益比，實在令人感嘆投行擬定目標估值的方式，偶爾還真有點兒戲。
更何況，德達飛訊在2013財政年取得31.41%淨賺幅，在同業競爭與成本上揚壓力面前，未來能否捍衛如此高於尋常的賺幅還是個未知數；順帶一提，過去5年來，德達飛訊只曾在2008年取得超過30%淨賺幅，其餘財政年淨賺幅則介於15.73%至28.21%之間。
我不敢說德達飛訊股價已漲穿基本面，亦不能否定其業務價值，可許多現實個案說明，當股價提前反映一切潛在利好時，投資風險亦將大幅上揚，這只因由未來利好驅動的股價漲勢，往往最經不起“預期落空”的打擊。
這是那些特別喜歡追逐股價漲勢的投資者，不得不格外留神的主要風險之一。（星洲日報／投資致富‧投資茶室：李三宇）

They will uphold the use of diplomatic approach to settle matter.
i am a person who see glass half full and this kind of matter will eventual settle without expending even one single bullet.
So no war will happen eventually, everything status quo , and Dsonic continue to march on.

i reckon that it's good to have RHB Research to raise Dsonic to RM4.08, let's pray that no drastic jump in price but slow and steady movement (in a span of few days).....just hope to keep Ms. UMA at bay.

I have seen/read that many frens here have shared/wished Dsonic's price to be RM10 again by end of this year; Let's do a logical/sensible check: 28Feb Dsonic's CP at RM3.6 => RM18 (s/price prior share split); if it hit RM10 again in near future, it's equal to RM50 (s/price prior share split). Of course i will be very happy if this happen but is this possible? any possible business vol from Dsonic that can be so great to propel it to this RM10 level? This RM50 price tag is commonly reserve for super blue chips counters like Nestle, BAT. Wish to hear from all of you who like to share.

Dsonic's management is smart to keep the share price uptrend by using proposed bonus 1:1..belum tau bila/tarikh nak bagi tapi akan datang....wah seh....ini seriously sangat enticing for those who still hasn't jump on the bandwagon....

Let's keep our fingers crossed that UMA will be kept outside the gate.....Let's block UMA from entering the ring....;O

Don't be emotional....please go back to Barakah's fundamental....ask whether Barakah is good to hold for another quarter...is Barakah lost making? if the story is still OK, then hold la.

Despite the TA reading on Barakah showing downward trend, fundamentally speaking i still have faith in Barakah as Maybank and Kenanga has researched Barakah's TP at rm1.85 and 1.98 respectively. as for me i will continue monitor the price movement next week and really hope it wont breach below it's SMA50 line

Yesterday Barakah's price breached lower its 20sma and now dipped further toward 50sma; i shall watch closely Barakah's price movement next week and hopefully it will rebound from rm1.73.

I will pay very very close attention today as the price closed at RM1.78 and dropped/crossed below it's SMA20 line.

Opine that this round of UMA is good in term of timing Why? it reminds us that we are investing not speculating. It keeps us sober and keep our foot on ground not sky. Mana ada share yg naik dan tak pernah jatuh....kena rehat jua kan?... to be frank, i enjoyed this show (of price keep on up and up and up) since 7th Feb and i know there will be this moment of truth and i managed my expectation by focusing on Dsonic's fundamentals facts and it calms me down. Imagine If UMA happened next week (within 24-28Feb) it will spoil the mood/sentiment created by Dsonic's good quarter report's That'll be even more disastrous.

Let Bursa does it job....keep our eye focus despite this round of steep drop in price....focus next week Q report.......noises everywhere more negative then positive....this time called us to examine why in the 1st place we buy this stock (no comment if u r buying because it's rising), 2nd ques: is Dsonic no longer carry that story and induce me to buy this stock? if yes to 2nd ques then sell and move on la.

Instaco's current share price is higher than its underlying NTA (net tangible asset) value...my ques: will this cause Instaco's share price to ove to the level of its' NTA?

YiStock, Instaco's NTA is 0.23 and stock traded now at 0.255-0.265 range, i.e. share price > NTA value. (quote unquote from The Busy Weekly vol:260). as such, do u see any potential threat on this counter basing on the above statement?

if u checked on Instaco's MA indicator, its' MA(moving average) 20 days is still hovering below MA(50 days) and u r rite to say that it'll take a while to go up.
