OTB I was told a few bankers were there to visit the site with Jaks management. 
VIP of CPECC were also there. 
Those bankers should know whether this power plant is real or not.

There are many things I cannot disclose in I3 because they told me it is confidential. 
My advice is to buy and hold until 2021 to win big. 
I believe power plant will do well in 2020 and 2021.
